Andreas Kersten

Andreas Kersten is a business administration graduate and a communication and behavior coach. Eight years as a sale manager at a trading company, where he led teams of up to 35 employees and was responsible for revenue in the tens of millions, made him a sales expert with management experience. He has an excellent understanding of the specific requirements of sales and executive positions. After a year and a half traveling the world, the expert from Rhineland-Palatinate found his professional and personal home in Berlin. Since then, he has been part of the PAWLIK crew.

Andreas Wehlitz

While studying business administration in Hamburg and Helsinki, Andreas Wehlitz already worked in marketing at Reemtsma, Deutsche Telekom, and start-ups. Years as a trainee and as a manager at a major US car rental service influenced his service mentality. In 2004 he joined PAWLIK Consultants for the first time as a personnel consultant. He temporarily moved to KIENBAUM, where he honed his expertise in staffing top executive positions in an international context and added to its holistic HR consulting. In 2016, he established an in-house recruitment department at HERMES Germany as Head of Recruitment. He then returned to PAWLIK in mid-2017. Along with executive search, Andreas Wehlitz offers consulting on the development of in-house recruitment, active sourcing, and digital HR solutions. He is scan-licensed and uses his many years of experience in aptitude diagnostics to support high-level personnel decisions by his customers on a scientific basis.

Arne Adrian - Managing Director

Arne Adrian lives and works in Berlin. In his home city of Hamburg, he studied educational science and biology. He then embarked on a sales career and completed a part-time degree in business administration at the University of Hagen while working. He spent the first few years of his career in consumer electronics and at a leading provider of shop-fitting solutions for entertainment consumer goods. Then he rose to the management of a full-service provider in the music and games industry and helped establish Germany's first end-customer fulfillment solutions for major online booksellers such as Amazon and Buch.de. In 2002 the sailing and spinning bike enthusiast switched to consulting business at PAWLIK Consultants, taking on responsibility for the HR consulting area as a partner. In 2007 he was appointed to the management. Since 2010 he has also been responsible for the personnel diagnostics consulting area and a member of the Management Board of Scan.Up AG. He is fascinated by digitalization and has played a key role in developing it at PAWLIK. As Managing Director of PAWLIK's subsidiary PERIM Digital, he and his team develop digital solutions for recruitment and employer branding.

Christian Hecker

Christian Hecker received his degree in business management with a focus on marketing and human resources. He discovered his enthusiasm for human resources during his studies and used his excellent communication skills to acquire new clients. With more than ten years of experience in personnel consulting, Christian Hecker is very well connected and knows the business inside and out. Among other things, he was a manager for IT and Strategy at a renowned personnel consultancy firm, where he managed and expanded the consulting team. His areas of expertise are in the public sector and digitalization. Since May 2023, Christian Hecker has been responsible for the IT & Consulting Practice as a Senior Manager based in Düsseldorf.

Claudia Seidner

Claudia Seidner's degree in German studies initially led her to bookselling and publishing. After spending four years in Brazil, she set out on a new career path, initially working as an IT project manager. In 1993 she switched to HR consulting and spent six years at Delta Management Consultants GmbH. She then started working independently as a managing partner at RZP Personal- und Unternehmensberatung GmbH. On the side, she got involved as a founding member of Goinger Kreis e. V., dealing with HR policy issues relating to society, business, and science. Since 2017, the Frankfurt resident has been a partner at PAWLIK Consultants. Claudia Seidner has many years of experience in staffing challenging management positions at corporations and SMEs. She staffs executive positions across a range of sectors and roles - with the ambition of finding the best solution every time. With trust, respect, and integrity, she has established an excellent network.

Claus Pels-Leusden

Claus Pels-Leusden has 25 years of experience at listed corporations and SMEs. For eight of these years, he was a member of the management. His career took him from his degree in mining and his first professional years as an engineer in France to international sales of capital goods for infrastructure, energy production and automotive manufacturing. Later he was responsible for sales of raw materials for the steel industry. Since 2018 Claus Pels-Leusden has been a business and HR consultant and alliance partner at PAWLIK. His special area of expertise relates to seeking and selecting specialists and executives from the fields of technology and sales for hidden champions. In doing so, he relies on proven methods, in-depth understanding of the specific needs and requirements, and dedication to ensure sustainable success.

Darlin Engstle

Darlin Engstle received her bachelor's degree in psychology with a focus on industrial and organizational psychology and then completed her master's degree in business psychology. The focus of her master's thesis was on motivation research in psychological diagnostics using artificial intelligence. While earning her bachelor's degree, she began working on project and change management for one of the world's largest insurance companies. She was involved in introducing new technological tools and processes into the company, restructuring of a department and was significantly responsible for the coordination, organization and further development of an initiative for executive development. She gained expertise in conception, design and organization, as well as interface management and change management. During her 2-year tenure, she became aware that she had developed an affinity for holistic consulting and developing people, processes and structures. This led her to join PAWLIK and PERIM Digital in 2021. Her focus is on Employer Branding and Recruiting Advisory, and she advises clients holistically through their entire recruiting process, drawing on her expertise in project and change management, personnel marketing and psychological aptitude diagnostics. /p>

Désirée Döge

Felix Ohlhauser

Felix Ohlhauser already gained experience abroad in the Netherlands, South Korea, and Spain while studying for his Bachelor's degree in Business Management. In 2019 he completed his part-time MBA degree in corporate management at the HSBA in Hamburg. He already discovered his passion for sales as a student through practical experience in the automotive industry and at Robert Bosch GmbH, where he was tasked with establishing and expanding international sales relationships between production locations. In 2015, Felix Ohlhauser moved to PAWLIK Consultants. He was initially responsible for the establishment of an international consultant network, and acquired and planned major projects in personnel development - chiefly in the automotive, mechanical engineering, and consumer goods industry. At PAWLIK Recruiters, he is responsible for staffing management and sales positions in various different sectors.

Jan Wiegmann

Jan Wiegmann grew up in Germany and Austria. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (FH) in Business Administration & E-Business Management from the IMC University of Applied Sciences Krems on the Danube and a Bachelor of Science in General Psychology as well as a Master of Science in Occupational, Organizational and Business Psychology with a focus on Economic Psychology from the University of Vienna. In addition, Mr. Wiegmann concluded a coaching training. He is also certified in Executive Research by the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC). His professional career in Executive Search began when he was still studying for his master's degree in Vienna. He worked first as an intern in a Viennese boutique and then as a project assistant at Korn Ferry Vienna, a publicly listed market leader in executive search. Mr. Wiegmann has been with PAWLIK Recruiters since 2020, working as a Research Associate and Consultant on national and international search projects. He has a total of 5 years of professional experience in the executive search industry. Jan Wiegmann's core competence lies in the execution of executive search mandates: the identification, acquisition and evaluation of the most suitable candidates in the market for the target position as well as support of candidates and clients in the process. As a member of the management of the multinational healthcare company Sanofi, he was responsible for human resources in three countries, at nine locations, and for a total of over 2,000 employees. Since 2013 he has been a business and HR consultant supporting the consulting and executive search team at PAWLIK Consultants as a partner. Lea Sophie Zimmermann

Lea Sophie Zimmermann earned a Master's in psychology from the University of Hamburg, graduating in 2016. Her deep and wide-ranging interest in human behavior then led her, among other places, to the renowned Vanderbilt University in the US, where she led several neuropsychology research projects. In her career, she initially stayed true to her academic environment as a project manager at a market research institute. As she had already dealt with occupational and organizational psychology topics while studying, however, she soon decided to work in HR consulting. Since early 2018, Lea Zimmermann has been part of the PAWLIK team. In addition to her management role for the executive search recruitment team, she is responsible for a variety of executive mandates across many different sectors and roles. She is also scan-licensed and combines her psychology background with business practice in personnel diagnostics.

Lina Soffner

Malte Pfahl

Malte Pfahl first completed his business degree and then continued on to complete studies as a business economist and received a bachelor's degree in trade and commerce. He underwent training in leadership and sales and began his studies in economics and politics in order to learn about the economic context in consulting and to gain a holistic view of both fields. After his training and studies, he was able to gain experience in sales and leadership in one of the largest furniture retail groups in the world. His tasks included the management of two home furnishing departments and responsibility for sales in the double-digit million range. In 2017, Malte Pfahl joined PAWLIK and its subsidiary Perim Digital. Malte Pfahl's expertise lies in Employer Branding and Recruiting Advisory. He advises clients on matters related to active and passive recruiting strategies, gives talks and workshops on new recruitment trends, and supports companies in setting up sustainable digital recruiting measures. Miriam Wollmuth

Miriam Wollmuth completed her Bachelor of Arts in international development at the University of Vienna and her Master of Arts in business with a focus on hospitality management at the University of Applied Sciences of Salzburg. She also earned a certificate in labor law from Hamburger Fern-Hochschule (distance learning university) and is currently completing further training in personnel development at the Bremen Chamber of Industry and Commerce alongside her job. Miriam Wollmuth spent almost six years working at hotels in Vienna, Salzburg, London, and Munich, most recently as a front office manager. Here she came across personnel recruitment and selection, which motivated her to switch to HR consulting. Miriam Wollmuth spent four years working at an HR consultancy with a focus on executive search, staffing management positions in the IT sector. Since October 2021, she has been supporting the executive search team at Pawlik Recruiters. Her expertise includes staffing executive positions as well as key and specialist positions.

Peter Hoyer

After completing clinical training and working in healthcare and nursing, Peter Hoyer moved to a market-leading DAX corporation in the field of medical technology in 1991. This corporation sent him to Hong Kong as its marketing director for Asia-Pacific. While working, Hoyer also completed an MBA at the University of Hull and an executive MBA at the Kaderschule St Gallen. He worked at a global player in biotechnology in Germany, before establishing a regional HQ in Hong Kong for an American family business in orthopedics. Here he also established a distributor network in China, Japan, Korea, and Australia. In 2011 a product innovation took him to England, where he was responsible for market access for a dialysis machine as Chief Commercial Officer and member of the management at a start-up. Since 2019 he has been applying his expertise in HR consulting. He was initially a partner at a Frankfurt-based consulting firm and since January 2022 has been an alliance partner on PAWLIK's consulting and executive search team.

Pieter Brabants

Pieter studied Commercial Engineering and obtained an EMBA at Antwerp Management School during his career. In the early part of his career, he strengthened his interest and expertise in business development and recruitment. As an entrepreneur, he subsequently contributed to the development of an engineering consulting company in Belgium. Out of his passion for people and driven by entrepreneurship, he started the Benelux branch of an international Executive Search company. With Pawlik Consultants, he now finds the perfect partner to continue growing. Based on the conviction that employees and organizations are accountable for each other's health, he supports clients and candidates in their growth and development. With an approach based on the intrinsic motivation, internal drivers and potential of the candidates, he aims to achieve sustainable solutions for all stakeholders in the process. There is of course more to a person than just the professional aspect. That's what our business is all about! Pieter is married to Caroline and father of Floris and Hannelore. Robert Mlinaric

The trained industrial management assistant started his professional career in corporate finance at the international chemicals company ICI. Driven by curiosity about the "new market" and digital business models, Robert Mlinaric then moved to jobpilot.de, the first European e-recruiting platform, in the early 2000s. Here he gained formative experience in sales and management. He subsequently worked in management at the international careers portal Monster Deutschland and most recently at Experteer. In 2008 his fascination with recruitment and his many years of expertise in executive search and digital transformation in HR and sales led him to an executive search boutique in Frankfurt. Since the start of 2022, the passionate basketball player has been an alliance partner in HR consulting at PAWLIK. Robert Mlinaric advises SMEs on staffing and evaluating executive positions and selected specialists.

Tarek Saifi

Tarek Saifi studied International Business at the renowned Maastricht University and graduated with a Master of Science degree in International Business. His focus is on digitalization in the context of technology consulting as well as Industry 4.0. As Senior Manager, Tarek Saifi is responsible for the Practice Group for the IT and consulting business at our office in Düsseldorf.

Werner Gmelin

Werner Gmelin has a degree in physics. After conducting scientific research on space exploration, he switched to medical technology. He initially spent eight years working in product management at a DAX corporation. He then spent eleven years in various executive positions in the healthcare division of a US conglomerate, where he completed several leadership programs and also worked as a member of the management of a German subsidiary. In 2009 he changed field and moved to one of the top ten HR consultancies in Germany as a consultant. He then became a partner at a consulting firm in Frankfurt. Since January 2022, he has been an alliance partner on PAWLIK's consulting and executive search team. Werner Gmelin has excellent industry knowledge in medical technology, healthcare, pharma and life sciences, as well as in complex technologies. His extensive network and many years of expertise in seeking and selecting specialists and executives set him apart. He is convinced that every mandate is unique.

Wolfgang Müller

Wolfgang Müller has many years of international corporate experience. He can look back on 17 years as an expat in Scandinavia, Italy, and northern Asia. At the life science group Bayer AG, he most recently held a management position in animal health business. In 2016 he switched to executive consulting. With this experience, he joined PAWLIK as an alliance partner in 2020.
