Carmen Wall

Carmen joined the practice as a Trainee Dental Nurse in October 2018. Carmen enjoys the challenge of working and studying and the knowledge and skills she is developing at the practice everyday. Carmen is looking forward to becoming a qualified Dental Nurse and continue her career at Park Street Dental. In her spare time she enjoys going to the gym and spending time with her family and friends.

Catherine Hayes

Dr Beth Lewis

Job Titles:

Beth Lewis qualified in Cardiff in 2006. Since qualifying, she has completed 2 post graduate courses with Paul Tipton and the Tipton Training Academy, in restorative and aesthetic dentistry. She has also attended a smile design course in Kiev with Maxim Belograd and is currently undertaking an Invisalign Go qualification. Beth is a very personable dentist and passionate about educating children in oral hygiene care and dietary habits. Beth worked as an associate in Merthyr for 14 years. However, having moved to Ogmore by Sea she joined the practice in September 2019, to support her young family, and has never looked back. Beth is married and has 3 young boys. She enjoys paddle boarding, walking and socialising with a large glass of red wine and some chocolate.

Dr Phil Welch

Job Titles:
  • Dental Surgeon in 2005 from Guys
Dr Phil Welch qualified with honours as a dental surgeon in 2005 from Guys, Kings and St Thomas school of dentistry, Univeristy of London. After qualifying, Dr Welch moved back to Wales and did his vocational training in Cardigan. In 2006 Dr Welch became an associate dentist in a dental practice in Neath.In 2010 he came a member of the faculty of dental surgery, The Royal Collage of Surgeons, Edinburgh. After working in Neath for 7 years he decided it was time to buy his own practice and has become the principle dentist here in Park Street Dental. Dr Welch is up to date with the latest advances in dentistry and regularly attends continual professional development courses, which have included a one year implant course and adult orthodontics to name just a few. Dr Welch believes in pain free dentistry and focuses on prevention and individually tailored oral health programs for all his patients. He understands how distressing dental phobia can be, which can lead to stress/anxiety and poor oral health. Here in Park Street, Dr Phil Welch and his team will take the time to alleviate all these fears and help you maintain good oral health and regain confidence.

Ellie Greening

Ellie joined the practice as a Trainee Dental Nurse in 2021. Ellie is enjoying studying and learning knowledge at the practice. She is excited for her career in dentistry. In her spare time Ellie enjoys spending time with her friends and family.

Emilia Roberts

Emilia joined the practice as a Trainee Dental Nurse in September 2019. Emilia is enjoying her studies so far and is gaining invaluable knowledge at the practice. She is excited about her future career in dentistry. In her spare time Emilia enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Kayleigh Griffiths

Kayleigh is one of our newly qualified nurses at Park Street Dental. Kayleigh has been part of the team since 2018. Kayleigh decided to join the practice as a trainee as she wanted to further her career from being a care assistant previously. She is a polite and bubbly member of the team. Kayleigh is looking forward to continuing her development within the practice. Outside of work, Kayleigh enjoys travelling, whether camping around the UK or flying long haul, she loves exploring new places. Kayleigh is also a keen walker, recently completing a 10 mile walk of Pen-y-Fan in December 2020 and 15 miles in the Lake District climbing Bow Fell and Scafell Pike in July 2021. She also enjoys local strolls with her Dachshund Dash. Kayleigh is looking forward to her next challenge.
