Jon McKnight is a principal of Piedmont Housing Group, LLC. Jon has over 23 years of experience including 13 in the affordable housing industry and an additional 10 years of experience in technology driven financial services and staffing industries.
Jon served as the CFO/COO of Peachtree Housing Communities from 2012-2017 where he was responsible for the development, asset management and continued operations of 17 projects which have placed in service and continue to operate successfully.
Josh Thomason is a principal of Piedmont Housing Group, LLC. Josh has been responsible for the production of over 1,300 affordable housing units in Georgia and South Carolina, utilizing a combination of LIHTCs, HOME funds and USDA financing. Josh serves on the board of the GA Affordable Housing Coalition (the "Coalition") and is currently the Chair of the Coalition's QAP Committee that facilitates dialogue between the Coalition and The Georgia Department of Community Affairs ("DCA") regarding formulation of Georgia's QAP.
