Ali Al-Ramahi is a Town Planner who recently graduated with a Master of Urban Management and Planning from Western Sydney University and joined PLANZONE in 2022. Since that time, Ali has gained exposure to the ins and outs of development, and built strong relationships with clients through project management, consultant liaison and face to face site visits and meetings with clients, Council's and other consultants.
Ali is currently a Town Planner at PLANZONE with a passion to succeed and excel in his career.
Ali Zeineddine is a Senior Town Planner with 5 years experience in the private sector. Currently a Senior Town Planner at PLANZONE with a demonstrated history of working in the Urban Planning & Architecture industry. Skilled in Land Use Planning, Land Development, Urban Planning, Feasibility Studies, Mixed-Use Developments, Subdivisions and large scale housing projects.
Ali also has experience in representing clients as an expert Town Planner in the Land and Environment Court of NSW for Class 1 appeals.
Batoul is our newest team member to join us as our Building Designer at PLANZONE Designs. Batoul has a history of working in the building design and drafting industry having worked on numerous small, medium and large scale projects, focussing on the residential sector.
Batoul has a keen eye for detail and passion to design modern buildings inspired by innovation while setting new trends.
Kerim is a Registered Building Designer who is highly experienced in building design and drafting with 10 years experience in the public and private sectors. Currently Lead and Principal Building Designer at PLANZONE with a demonstrated history of working in the building design and drafting industry.
Nupur Raje is a recent graduate Town Planner who joined PLANZONE in 2024.
Nupur has a strong background in urban development, eager to apply innovative ideas and technical skills to contribute to the evolving Town Planning landscape.
Sara is a Building Designer who is highly experienced in building design and drafting and is currently our Building Designer at PLANZONE. Sara has a history of working in the building design and drafting industry having worked on numerous small, medium and large scale projects.
Sara has a keen eye for detail and passion to break out of the everday by adopting creativity in every building design she works on.
