Greg Siefker is a seasoned veteran of the Florida construction industry. Greg began his career in the industry at a young age while working for his father's construction company completing residential and commercial projects. He earned an Associates of Arts degree and a Bachelor's degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida. After graduating, he joined Eckerd Corporation, where he was responsible for the South Florida market including maintenance, renovations and new store development for a 278-store region. Greg's subsequent move to the private development sector provided extensive experience in managing a variety of retail projects, for tenants ranging from Dunkin Donuts to Publix and from project conception through completion, with full responsibility for budget and schedule. Responsive customer service and satisfactory client delivery were key to his 11 years of leading South Florida project management teams for CBRE. His current project work includes Owner's Representation and Project Management for a new, ground-up Marriott Residence Inn Hotel in Palm Beach Gardens. As a Senior Construction Project Manager for the Phoenix Team, his 34 years of experience is an asset to the delivery team.
