PERCEPTIVE SENSING - Key Persons
Alberto is a physicist, an autonomy developer, and an architect of sensing and perception systems. Over the past fifteen years he developed gravitational wave detector technology for the Nobel-Prize winning LIGO observatories, earth sensing satellites for NASA, and autonomous technology at Apple. In 2018 he founded Perceptive with the mission of bringing AI into the real world by giving it human-like sensing and perception. He holds a Ph.D at the University of Pisa and Siena, Italy for his research on gravitational waves at Caltech and MIT.
