Brian Wood - VP of Sales

Brian has over 20-years experience in sales and business leadership development utilizing and leveraging technology-based solutions to solve customer pain points within their business. Brian is a delivery leader leveraging embedded technology integration platforms, enterprise-level hardware/software, RFID (UHF/HF/NFC), contactless product technologies, IoT (Internet of Things) and Cloud-based solutions. Previously at SMARTRAC, Brian was a key contributor in the creation of what is now PLM TrustLink. He holds a MBA from the University of California at Irvine. As PLM TrustLink Sales Director, he is responsible for partner relationships, client success and satisfaction.

Charles Vincent

Charles has over 30-years experience in process analysis, project planning, and delivery across multiple industries in manufacturing, distribution retail and direct to consumer businesses. Previously at SMARTRAC, DB&A and Alliance Data, his experience includes multinational supply chain reengineering initiatives, and custom and package software implementations. Charles holds an Engineering degree from Oklahoma State University and his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. As PLM TrustLink Implementation Manager, he is responsible for program and project implementations.

Don Durm

Don is a 25-year veteran of PLM, an international industry expert, writer and keynote speaker on cold chain hand-off applications, regulatory compliance, and supply chain technology. Don is one of the primary authors of (GCCA) Global Cold Chain Association's white paper, the International Refrigerated Transport Best Practices Guide and the Certified Cold Carrier certification program to meet regulatory compliance for the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA). Recognized by FDA for his work with the Agency on the New Era of a Smarter Food Safety initiative, he actively participates in industry FSMA 204 sub-groups providing guidance to FDA on requirements for Additional Traceability Records for Certain Foods and provided guidance to USDA on the White House Executive Order 14017, America's Supply Chains, to improve and re-imagine supply chains for the production, processing, and distribution of agricultural commodities and food products in the US considering the recent pandemic challenges. Invited by both businesses and governments he works to improve global cold chain quality and safety challenges. Recognized four times by Food Logistics Magazine as one of the Rock Stars of the Supply Chain for his work in food safety, supply chain technology efficiencies and regulatory compliance and was recently listed as one of five Supply Chain Champions you must know.

Jeffery Hale

Jeff is enthusiastic about helping optimize the food industry products and processes. Jeff values innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction, and he strives to bring these values to PLM TrustLink's customer base.

Levi J. Harris

Job Titles:
  • Technical Solution Consultant
Levi comes to us as an IoT/RFID Technical Solution Consultant with extensive experience in Auto ID solution implementations. He has over 17 years of successful experience in design, installation and operations support for Auto ID solutions. Most recently, Levi was a Sr Project Engineer with Mojix where he was responsible for project management and implementation of various Auto ID related initiatives. Levi's primary role at PLM is to understand the PLM TrustLink™ product, assess client operations to develop and deliver IoT/SaaS solutions for PLM TrustLink™ products and services. Levi is also responsible for infrastructure and hardware solutions for PLM TrustLink™. Of special note, while in college, Levi managed the Cold chain research group at Arkansas' RFID Research center which was the predecessor of the renowned RFID Lab at Auburn University.

Murli Ram

Murli has over 25-years experience digitally transforming engineering, manufacturing & supply chain organizations in automotive, defense, food & energy industries. Murli is an experienced Solutions Architect and Product Manager of the TrustLink platform utilizing RFID(UHF/HF/NFC) and IOT (Internet of Things) sensors for Supply Chain, Logistics and Traceability. Previously at SMARTRAC, Baker Hughes, and OshKosh, his experience includes key contributions as an executive leader with successful IPO and change-of-control events. Murli holds a Master's degree from Ohio University. As PLM TrustLink Product Director, he is responsible for overall solution management, software and analytics.
