Partner of M/s. P. M. Shah & Co. and also the Sole Proprietor of M/s. Hardik P. Shah & Co., CA. Hardik Shah is the next senior partner of M/s. P. M. Shah & Co. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and was also the Regional Council Member of WIRC of ICAI from Surat for two consecutive terms. He was also the Vice Chairman of WIRC of ICAI for the year 2016-17. He is also a Managing Committee Member of the Southern Gujarat Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SGCCI). He was also a member of "Regional Advisory Committee" (RAC) formed by Surat City Central Excise & Customs. He is also actively involved in the social activities like "Khadayta Yuvak Pankh", "Khadayta Suraksha Trust", "Khadayta Bandhu Samaj" "Vejalpur Ekda Committee, Surat" etc. He has expertise in the subject of Indirect Taxation like Excise, Customs, Service Tax and GST and had presented many papers in various seminars, conference, lecture meetings and workshops.
