Alexander "Aly" Kayne - Chief Legal Officer

Prior to the merger of ExactCare and Tabula Rasa HealthCare, Aly was Chief Legal Officer at CarepathRx, previously the parent company for ExactCare. Before joining CarepathRx, Aly served as Associate General Counsel at Optum, where he provided counsel to the entire Optum Rx pharmacy care services division, including all Optum Rx pharmacy businesses. Aly also served at Genoa Healthcare as its Executive Vice President & General Counsel, advising on corporate matters, litigation, regulatory issues, compliance, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Genoa Healthcare, Aly served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary of Omnicare. There, he advised the CEO, management, and board of directors on corporate governance and securities law matters. Before joining Omnicare, Aly was a partner with an international law firm. He represented companies in healthcare, banking, insurance, and energy, focusing primarily on complex commercial and securities cases in federal and state courts. Aly earned his JD from Yale Law School. While at Yale, he served as Editor of the Yale Law Journal.

Andrea Speers

In her role as Chief of Staff, Andrea Speers oversees strategic project management and fosters cross-functional collaboration at AnewHealth. With a focus on achieving corporate objectives, she develops frameworks for collaboration across the organization, ensures alignment within the Integration Management Office, and drives the execution of critical enterprise initiatives. Andrea brings over 12 years of experience at Tabula Rasa HealthCare (TRHC), where she served in various finance and accounting roles, including Chief Accounting Officer. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in establishing the company's accounting function and facilitating strategic transactions, such as debt and equity financings, as well as multiple acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to TRHC, Andrea worked as an auditor at KPMG LLP, serving both public and private companies. She later transitioned to an internal corporate finance role, providing financial analysis and planning services to the firm's Audit and Advisory practices.

Brad Hess - COO

As COO of AnewHealth, Brad Hess continues to oversee the pharmacy operations he led at ExactCare. His responsibilities involve pharmacy fulfillment, patient care, prescription acquisition, patient retention and billing. Brad joined ExactCare in 2016, where he focused on strategic planning and company growth, including overall profitability and scalability. He also led the build of a new pharmacy fulfillment center - from the ground up. Prior to joining ExactCare, Brad served in a strategic executive-level role with one of the largest pharmacy benefit managers in the U.S. There, he was responsible for pharmacy strategy development, profit and loss, national mail operations, and pharmacy quality and safety. Brad is a registered pharmacist whose background includes over 15 years in the retail pharmacy industry with a Fortune 50 company. During this time, he held diverse roles leading national operations, spearheading healthcare regulatory compliance and risk management, and overseeing the company's healthcare growth strategies. He also has experience in the long-term care industry, where he co-founded a startup providing pharmacy services to skilled nursing facilities.

Brian Adams - CEO, President

Brian Adams serves as President & CEO of AnewHealth. In this role, he provides executive leadership and oversight for all aspects of the organization, with a strategic focus on growth, corporate finance, healthcare and technology innovation, company culture, and patient and client experience. He also serves on AnewHealth's Board of Directors. Brian's broad management experience involves strategic planning, business performance optimization, and financial integration for mergers and acquisitions. He is a growth-oriented leader who has spent most of his career with organizations serving vulnerable patients, beginning in the hospice space in 2004. From there, he worked at KPMG before returning to healthcare and joining CareKinesis, Tabula Rasa HealthCare's (TRHC) PACE pharmacy, just as it began serving its first clients in 2011. At TRHC, Brian served as CFO, receiving several honors, including CFO of the Year by the Philadelphia Business Journal in 2020. He became Co-President in 2021, while retaining his CFO role. In 2022, he was named President and CEO of the company. With the merger of ExactCare and TRHC in 2023, Brian was appointed President of AnewHealth. In 2025, he was also named CEO, while continuing his role as President.

Joy Holman

Joy Holman leads the implementation and ongoing management of new strategic partnership models. As Executive Vice President, Strategic Partnerships, she provides executive oversight to define partnership scope and goals and bring together existing processes, technologies, and support functions to ensure optimal performance, including enhanced efficiency, improved clinical results, and lower total cost of care. Joy has over 20 years' experience leading critical growth planning, scaling, compliance, and performance optimization functions. As a registered pharmacist, she brings a key clinical perspective to her role. Joy joins AnewHealth from Genoa Healthcare where she held a series of progressive leadership roles spanning pharmacy operations, sales and account management, and product development-most recently serving as Senior Vice President of National Pharmacy Services. Joy's background also includes nearly a decade in retail pharmacy. She brings a passion for improving access and quality of care for underserved and vulnerable populations to her role.

Leah Silver - CHRO

As Chief Human Resources Officer, Leah Silver is responsible for developing and executing AnewHealth's human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan, as well as talent management, change management, training and development, and compensation. Leah has served as Chief Human Resources Officer at CarepathRx, previously the parent company for ExactCare, since 2021, a role she still holds today. Previously, she served as Executive Vice President, HR at BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy, recognized as the nation's #1 leading independent specialty pharmacy. Prior to her role at BioPlus, Leah served as the Vice President, HR at Wiley, a global research, education, and publishing company focused on the development of digital education certification solutions for universities, businesses, and research institutions. Leah also served as the head of Human Resources for Rasmussen College, a regionally accredited private college and pioneer in online education. Leah holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resources from the University of Florida and an MSM from the University of South Florida with a concentration in Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness. She has certifications from the Corporate Executive Board HR Academy, DiSC, Korn Ferry, and Predictive Index.

Marty Butler - CFO

As CFO, Marty Butler helps lead the overall vision and success strategy for AnewHealth. He also provides executive oversight and leadership of the company's financial activities. Prior to the merger of ExactCare and Tabula Rasa HealthCare, Marty served as CFO of ExactCare for more than a decade, leading the organization through significant growth that rapidly transformed the company from a local pharmacy provider to a national healthcare company. During his tenure at ExactCare, Marty leveraged strategic and operational expertise to lead various functions including finance, accounting, marketing and account management, and IT and analytics. Marty has extensive experience in the healthcare space. He was the CEO of a Cleveland Clinic startup focused on health coaching, and he held Vice President roles in operations, integration and analytics for a worksite health company, which was purchased by Walgreens in 2008. Michael Greenhalgh

Michael Greenhalgh is a visionary leader in the healthcare industry, boasting an illustrious career trajectory spanning over four decades. Michael currently assumes the esteemed positions of Chief Operating Officer and President of CareKinesis Pharmacy Services at AnewHealth. As a founding team member of CareKinesis PACE Pharmacy, Michael played a pivotal role in shaping the organization's pharmacy operations. As the chief architect, he spearheaded the design and implementation of cutting-edge pharmacy automation technologies, revolutionizing workflow efficiency and driving profitability. Notably, Michael led the deployment of the first advanced robotic multi-dose adherence packaging dispensing system in the U.S., cementing his reputation as a trailblazer in the field. In his current role, Michael continues to oversee all aspects of operations, care management, inventory, purchasing and capital planning across the network of pharmacies he oversaw at Tabula Rasa HealthCare (TRHC). Beyond his role at TRHC, Michael is a seasoned entrepreneur, having successfully owned and operated nine companies across various industries. Prior to his tenure at CareKinesis, he served as the President and owner of Red Fern Pharmacy, Norris Hills Pharmacy, and Red Fern Medical Inc. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Temple University and is a Registered Pharmacist.

Roman Fry

Roman Fry oversees the business development, relationship management, and patient enrollment experience functions at AnewHealth, leading the company's strategy for growth and expansion in key markets, including value-based care organizations, home health, renal care, Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), health plans, and direct to consumer offerings. As Chief Growth Officer, he also oversees strategies to enhance the client experience, working cross functionally to drive value and improve clinical outcomes for partners. Roman has extensive leadership experience and a proven track record in growth for organizations focused on home and alternative sites of care, corporate strategy, product development, and business management. He is an expert in orchestrating new business ventures and advancing strategic initiatives at national scale. Roman joined AnewHealth from Option Care Health, where he previously held the role of Senior Vice President of Strategy & Program Development.

Tony Casanova - CIO

As Chief Information Officer, Tony Casanova leads IT at AnewHealth Tony joined AnewHealth through ExactCare in 2013, helping lead company growth and the scalability of infrastructure, both within IT and across functions. Notably, Tony has led the design and implementation of a custom-engineered pharmacy automation solution, cloud-based CRM software, and a robust platform that effectively brings the pharmacy into the patient's home. Tony has also driven the continuous development and launch of completely integrated applications, such as a personal medication assistant for patients and a streamlined workflow for healthcare partners. Prior to joining ExactCare, Tony worked in the IT industry for more than 13 years in various functional, technical, and leadership consulting roles at Arthur Andersen and Accenture. He has deep global implementation experience supporting clients such as Cisco Systems, EMC, Philips Healthcare, Red Hat, Underwriters Laboratories, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
