Charles has spent the previous 19 years in the Oil and Gas industry. The first five years were spent working with Cooper Energy Services as a field technician traveling around the United States. The next fourteen years were spent locally with Utility Pipeline as a field technician working directly with communities and residents of Knox and Morrow counties. During his career transition, Charles studied and passed the FINRA Series 7 exam in 2016 and The Ohio Life and Accidental Health exam, making him a licensed Financial Advisor as well as a certified insurance agent.
Charles is married to Elizabeth Powell, a Certified Nurse Practitioner at Knox Community Hospital. They are active members of the Saint Vincent de Paul parish and have two boys that attend St. Vincent de Paul School in Mt. Vernon.
Charles is currently involved in many activities in the community, including Boy Scouts of America, Knights of Columbus, and coaching multiple youth sports at the YMCA. Charles enjoys boating, golfing, and traveling with his family.

Joshua is the founder and President of PG Financial. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communication from Ohio University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Mount Vernon Nazarene University. He has been a financial advisor through one of the most volatile economic periods in recent history, holding positions at J.P. Morgan Chase and The Investment Center at FirstMerit. Joshua holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 licenses and is licensed for insurance.
Joshua is known for his client-centric approach to financial planning, which he has structured to inform and advise his clients based on their personal goals and risk tolerance. He has been published in quarterly journals on subjects including retirement planning and college savings programs.
Josh's wife, Shae Strouse, is an educator for Mt. Vernon City Schools teaching grades 6-8 for students with multiple handicaps. Josh also has 3 children who all attend St. Vincent de Paul School and church. He is also is a volunteer coach and sponsor at the local YMCA. He enjoys golfing, volleyball, traveling and spending time with his family.
