Brook Johnson is our Association Administrator. She began her employment with Town & Country in 2019. Brook has served the Greenwood Community in many facets throughout her professional career, including her 10 years of experience in the Insurance Industry through Citizens Trust Company. She brings a strong Customer Service background to Town & Country, as well as a keen attention to detail. Town & Country looks forward to her continued success with the firm as she displays excitement towards her role, as well as an energizing sense of professionalism with her co-workers.

Calhoun Mays, III

Calhoun Mays III is well-versed in virtually all phases of construction, development, management and marketing. Son of Calhoun Mays Jr. who founded the company in 1961, Calhoun has a lifetime of experience and understanding of the industry as well as his customers' needs. Holding certifications as a Certified Manager of Community Associations as well as an Associations Management Specialist, Mays has a keen understanding of the needs of a community as well as the responsibilities of its home owner associations. As a hands-on leader, he knows the importance of integrity, team work and commitment to value in all aspects of real estate and construction management. Remaining true to his father's founding values of quality, honesty and hard work, Calhoun has led the company to award-winning recognition for excellence throughout the southeast.

Wilson Bruce - VP

Since 2004, Wilson Bruce has served as Vice President of Town & Country and directly oversees the day to day operations of the Community Association Division. He is licensed in South Carolina as a real estate agent and property manager and has received recognition as a Certified Manager of Community Associations and Association Management Specialist. Wilson is also a member of the elite group of community association managers who have earned the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) credential, the highest level of professional recognition in the community association field, from Community Associations Institute (CAI).
