Anthea Willey

Anthea delivers training and coaching on a breadth of topics including Leadership, Presentation and Influencing. In her nine years as a coach she has helped many thousands of people develop their ability to lead and communicate effectively. Clients include Google, IBM, LinkedIn, Airbnb, Channel4, Mimecast, Quantcast, PaddyPowerBetfair, Taboola, BAE Systems, Etihad, Haymarket, Warner Music, National Trust, Bloom & Wild, Tate, The Guardian and a breath of media and ad agencies including adamandeveDDB, Zenith, Starcom, Karmarama, M&C Saatchi and Blackbook London. She has also coached a number of senior politicians in public speaking. Anthea's first career was in advertising, working 17 years at Ogilvy, Leo Burnett, M&C Saatchi, and JWT where she was part of the London Management Team and led a department of 80. She developed her leadership and communication skills leading UK and multinational teams for clients including P&G, Glaxo SmithKline, Department of Health, DTI, Kimberly-Clark, LOCOG/TfL, Heinz, IBM, The Samaritans, Kraft and De Beers.

Graham Singleton

Graham has 12 years' experience coaching teams and individuals on how to present, negotiate and lead. Graham has worked with hundreds of companies including Google, Linkedin, AirBnB, BBC, Starcom, Zenith, Travelport, RG/A, Ogilvy, Publicis, Emap, ITN, IPA, Precima, ABN AMRO and Great Ormond Street Hospital. In Negotiation, he has led the development of the Global Negotiation Programme for one of the Big Four accountancy firms and is BBC Worldwide's lead external negotiation trainer. Graham regularly works with C-level execs on a 1:1 basis to build their public speaking skills and their executive presence. He also works with them to develop their content, to help ensure their internal and external communications are engaging and memorable. After finishing his law degree, Graham began his career at P&G. From there he moved into advertising and innovation, where persuasion, negotiation and pitching are the heart and soul of the business. He worked at Ogilvy, Y&R, DMB&B, Leo Burnett and innovation consultancy, The Value Engineers. During his years in agencies Graham worked with Guinness, Pirelli, Unilever, P&G, Ford, Kellogg's, Barclays, Sky, RHM, Hasbro, Colgate, Pampers and Kodak. Graham holds a certificate in coaching from the Neuroleadership institute and is TKI-qualified.

Louise Faulkes-Rushton

Louise is an award-winning business psychologist, coach and relationship expert. Founder of FLAIR Business Psychology, she combines her 12 years of expertise in assessment, development, leadership and coaching, with her Doctoral training in counselling psychology and integrative psychotherapy. She is passionate about identifying and enhancing individual and organisational flair. Throughout her consultancy and in-house career, Louise has developed a wealth of experience in assessing, developing and coaching leaders, for a range of high-profile, international clients across public, private and not-for-profit sectors. Projects include design and delivery of assessment, development and coaching processes for CEO-3 leaders as part of organisation-wide OD and delivery of 1:1 and team development and coaching sessions, typically from C-suite to CEO-5 levels. She typically works to explore mindset, identity, capability, behaviours, skills, personality, working style, strengths, drivers, energisers, values, limiting factors, derailers, organisational ‘fit', talent, potential, adaptability, resilience, authenticity and learning agility.
