Catherine Costantino

Catherine is a s a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner accredited through AANC. Catherine has more than ten years of nursing experience in both emergency medicine and substance abuse treatment. While working on her Master's of Science in Nursing and FNP certification and licensure, Catherine worked as a Director of Nursing for 3.5 years. As an NP she serves as the Medical Director at a local substance abuse treatment facility, and as the Clinical Director of the Lusby Premier Health location. Catherine obtained her first Bachelors degree at The Ohio State University, and returned to nursing school as a second career, obtaining a second Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. She then went on to obtain her Master's degree from Walden University. Catherine is also a certified CPR instructor and Maryland Board of Nursing Delegating Nurse. When she is not working, traveling is her number one pastime. Catherine stays busy between her children, fur babies, traveling, and career.

Dr. Erica Anderson

Dr. Erika Anderson completed her undergraduate degree at University of Pennsylvania, where she studied African Studies and Sociology with a pre-med concentration. Dr. Anderson recently completed her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in the Caribbean Island of Dominica. Dedicated to serving underserved populations, she is involved with community outreach and volunteers with organizations both in local and global communities. She loves children and is focused on her career as a pediatrician. When not working, Dr Anderson enjoys cooking, dancing, and spending time with family and friends.

Elvira McCullough

Elvira McCullough has a Marketing Solutions company, ITS International, and has worked in marketing and website design for over 10 years, she has been Premier Health Express Website, Media and Marketing Coordinator for the past 4 years. Elvira is also Premier's Outreach in Chief and she is responsible for connecting Premier Health Express with the surrounding community. She brainstorms potential partnerships or methods for engagement with the local community, maintaining a calendar for outreach events and working closely with community partners to plan and execute various outreach events. Elvira McCullough is a mother of three wonderful kids, who loves to connect with people and be involve in the community. She volunteers with 3 non profit organizations in Howard County, Champions Against Cancer, Burleigh Manor Animal Sanctuary and Just Living Advocacy, and at her kids school's PTA. She enjoys cooking, gardening, playing tennis, chess and traveling.

Hinmer Velasquez

Hinmer went to the University of Akron and was an intern for their radio station WZIP. He has had a marketing leadership in several organizations through the years. Hinmer attended Anne Arundel Community College in which he was their Social Media Intern, having experienced in graphic design, marketing, advertising, and communication. He graduated with an associate degree in Media and plans to further his career in journalism. In his spare time he loves to go on spontaneous adventures and take photographs and videos on the way.

Jo-ann Middleton

Jo-Ann is a clinical nurse practitioner with 28 years of experience in the areas of emergent/urgent care/trauma/PACU/GI and forensic nursing for the adult, adolescent, and pediatric populations in many Baltimore/Washington metro area facilities including University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center, Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, Johns Hopkins Howard County General Hospital (HCGH), Sinai Hospital, Union Memorial Hospital, Good Samaritan Hospital, Washington Hospital Center, and many others. Joan worked at HCGH where she developed the Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) Assessment program for HCGH. She graduated from Simmons College in Boston and is a member of American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Maryland Nurses Association, International Association of Forensic Nurses, and Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society.

Kayla Clements

Lamley Armah-Lee

Lamley is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner; with more than ten years of nursing experience in critical care, pre/post-operative care, ambulatory surgery, and interventional radiology. Lamley received her initial training in the United States Navy as a hospital corpsman with hands-on training in obstetrics, labor and delivery, surgical services, and trauma. She then moved to Ohio, where she worked as a home health aide for mentally disabled adults while completing her undergraduate degree at Kent State University. The majority of her tenure has been spent working as an ICU nurse and assisting in vascular services. Lamley earned her graduate degree in family practice at Walden University, receiving hands-on training throughout Baltimore and Southern Maryland. While not with patients, you may find her teaching a CPR class or nursing skills at a local community college. Family time, gardening, woodwork, and crafting are her most treasured downtime activities.

Ofundem Akoh

Dr. Nokuri finished her undergraduate degree at Bowie State University in Maryland. She went on to earn her medical degree from the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine in Hershey, Pennsylvania. After completing her pediatric residency at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC, Dr. Nokuri went through additional training to become board certified through the American Board of Pediatrics. Since Dr. Nokuri previously served as an emergency room pediatrician at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, she has an extensive background in urgent care diagnoses and treatments. Patients of Dr. Nokuri commend her caring and compassionate bedside manner, especially when caring for infants and young children. Dr. Nokuri strives to build lasting, lifelong relationships with each of her patients.

Samuel Nokuri

During his undergraduate program at Virginia Commonwealth University, Dr. Nokuri studied chemistry. After earning his bachelor's degree, Dr. Nokuri completed his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in the Caribbean island of Dominica. He then went through his residency training in internal medicine at St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore. To ensure he keeps offering the latest treatments and solutions for his patients, Dr. Nokuri takes continuing education courses. He went on to earn a Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) from Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School in Baltimore. Dr. Nokuri is currently board-certified through the American Board of Internal Medicine. He also serves as a flight surgeon for the United States Air Force and Air National Guard out of Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland.
