He is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute and as a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) by the Construction Management Association of America.
Katherine Charlotten is co-founder and majority owner of Power CPM. She serves as managing partner and is responsible for business administration, including leading the firm towards accomplishing its goals, determining the scope of operations, making all major purchases, marketing, and billing.
Katherine was managing partner at Power Engineering a construction management and electrical supplier firm located in Silver Spring, Maryland carrying out federal government contracts valued at over USD 20 million. Among her responsibilities, she procured the electrical materials used in the Pentagon Renovation Program (PENREN) by national electrical design-build and systems integration firm M.C. Dean Katherine is a member of the Project Management Institute.
