Anne-Sophie joined Pristine in 2021 as Middle-Office Manager for fund management, accounting/invoicing/compliance and trust monitoring.
After several years in retail banking, where she worked as a Corporate Client Manager, Anne-Sophie specialised in forensic banking for three years.
These experiences have enabled her to work with a wide range of customers with needs as diverse as they are specific, from multinationals to local retailers, whether in difficulty or in good standing.
She holds a Master's degree in Financial Instruments Management - Banking Risk Management from the University of Cergy-Pontoise.
Arthur is a Chargé d'Affaires at Pristine, where he manages both the legal and operational aspects of trusts and financing.
Before joining Pristine, Arthur worked for three years as a lawyer at VOLT Associés, specialising in distressed company law and commercial litigation.
Arthur is a graduate of EM Lyon (Grande École course) and the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (Master 2 Administration et Liquidation des Entreprises en Difficulté).
Aymeric is President of Pristine. He is a French and New York qualified lawyer with more than 15 years of experience. Aymeric has worked for several years at major international law firms in Paris and London before joining the transaction debt finance teams at Deutsche Bank and UBS AG in London.
Aymeric joins GLAS from Société Générale (London/Paris) where he was deputy head of the debt capital markets legal team.
He has a broad expertise in leveraged, acquisition finance, debt restructuring and international debt capital markets transactions including high yield bond.
Benjamin has 25 years' experience in market finance and bond products and structuring. He worked at Morgan Stanley (2000 - 2003) and J.P.Morgan (2003 - 2014), where he held a number of positions in the trading and sales teams. He subsequently founded Aeque Omnibus, a philanthropic project dealing with intermediation in capital markets. Benjamin is a graduate of INSEAD (CGM‘16), the Stern School of Business at New York University (MBA'00) and the ESSEC BBA ('95).
Catherine specialises in restructuring and insolvency law. She worked for four years at FHB, a firm of insolvency administrators, before joining the special affairs department of Groupe BPCE, where she developed expertise in international restructuring operations (Asia, Africa). Catherine has a doctorate in private law (subject: The rights of bondholders faced with the issuer's insolvency proceedings). She is a graduate of the Master 2 ALED programme at the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne (2010). She has taught insolvency law at the same university. She has been a member of the AJR since 2016 and of Insol Europe since 2019.
Charlotte began her career as a Legal and Accounting Assistant at the portfolio management company Vendôme Capital Partners. She then spent five years at Logicor, a European logistics asset management company, where she assisted a multi-skilled team in commercial, financial, marketing and legal matters. After a year at Alamo (Groupe Duval), a company specializing in project management assistance, she joined Pristine as Middle-Office Trust Assistant, supporting the Trust Account Managers with operational matters.
Charlotte holds a Master's degree in Organisational Expertise, Engineering and Management from the University of Paris Est Créteil.
Hatim has over ten years of experience in the financial services industry, during which he developed expertise in risk management and compliance with major banking and financial institutions. He began his career at Indosuez Wealth Management and Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, where he acquired strong skills in financial reporting, strategic planning and regulatory management. Hatim then joined PwC France where he contributed to major projects in areas such as remediation programs, functional transformation projects, compliance process improvement and risk management, and is currently working for Pristine as a Risk and Compliance controller and deputy RCCI.
Koralie has over ten years' experience in corporate finance. She joined Pristine in 2017, where she heads the funds business, focusing on structuring and launching FIAs (SPFs, SFOs, FCTs).
Prior to that, she worked in the joint venture between Groupe PSA's bank and Santander bank, in Paris and London, where she financed companies of all sizes. Her background has enabled her to develop strong skills in supporting high-risk structures, such as distressed companies and start-ups.
Koralie holds a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne. She is a member of the Finance Innovation association and regularly takes part in the labelling committees.
Laëtitia holds the position of Fund Account Manager, where she is particularly involved in the structuring and launching of funds as a service, focusing on the operational aspects. With several years' experience in investment consulting, she also worked for more than three years as a middle-office manager at EMZ Partners.
Laëtitia is a graduate of the Institut Supérieur de Gestion (ISG - Grande Ecole programme) and Heriott Watt University in Edinburgh (Scotland) with an MSc in Investment Management.
Leah worked as an Executive Assistant at the Paris-based family office Obsido for 3 years, during which time she assisted a multi-skilled team in administrative, commercial and financial matters. She now works at Pristine as a Middle-Office Assistant, assisting the Trust and Fund Account Managers.
Nicolas joined Pristine in 2019. He works as a Chargé d'Affaires on trust and financing transactions, in which he has acquired extensive experience of both the legal and operational aspects. Nicolas has several years' experience in corporate law, financing, private equity and restructuring.
Nicolas holds a Master's degree in General Private Law with a specialisation in Business Law from the University of Nantes.
Pauline began her career as an associate at Finaction, a consultancy specialising in corporate finance. She then joined ASCAGNE, a firm of insolvency administrators, specializing in restructuring of distressed companies. Pauline is currently a Business Manager, where she works mainly on trust and financing transactions.
Pauline has a degree in distressed company law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and in financial control from the University of Paris Dauphine.
