"The Closer", Customer Service Specialist. Diane joined the team in 2023 after semi-retiring from a 25-year Sales and Marketing career. She is one of the first voices you will hear when calling and see when stopping in the office. She brings to the team enthusiasm and extensive customer service knowledge, and a determination to help each customer with their HVAC needs. Outside the office, she is the mother of two sons, and has 5 grandchildren. If you stop in the office, you will see that she's very passionate about her animals, especially her dogs Billy, Ava and Xoco the Xoloitzcuintli, and her love of anything involving plants.

Just walked into their office while looking for an HVAC company. Office was meticulous, clean and inviting. Was welcomed by staff and had a maintenance contract fully explained to me. Hired them on the spot. A week later a technician arrived on time to clean and service my heater. Look no further than here for your HVAC and plumbing needs! As an addendum their plumber came out today to survey my plumbing to look for leaks and winterization. He was on time.......friendly.......and competent. Once again use this company for your HVAC/plumbing needs! The whole company was great. The service guy came on time and everything. I know what he look like because they sent a photo very nice when I first called them a couple months ago they didn't pressure me or anything told me all kinds of things I was so happy with them. They were very nice people. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I'm glad my friend at work. Owner Jordan Johnson began his career as an apprentice in the Local Pipefitters Union, where he worked with and learned from top professionals in the industry. After obtaining his journeyman plumbing pipe fitting license, he fulfilled his dream of starting his own company and founded Precision LLC.

We have used Precision for a few years now. I woke up recently to no heat or hot water in my home. It was 24 degrees outside and the temp in my home was dropping quickly. Precision was able to send out a technician the same day. Randy did a great job explaining the issue and fixing our problem! He was restored with a few minutes of his visit. First this business would not be half as good as it is were it not for Virginia in the office. She was polite and professional. I felt as though I was calling a friend for some help. This was a non emergency so we were able to schedule service and she told me who the tech was when I scheduled. She sent a follow up email immediately, and a few days before the appointment called me twice. She's very thorough. Joey showed up when he said he would and started trouble shooting. We talked about what I observed and he answered all my questions. Then I left him alone to work. When he wasn't sure, he said so and made a call to get the information he needed. Consequently, my problem has been resolved pretty quickly. He gave me some advice on what to look for in case there were other issues. He gave me my bill, thanked me for the business, and rode off to be the hero of someone else's story.
