Jeff Kitchen

Jeff graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology and Athletic Training. He has had the privilege of working in orthopedics with many top physicians and physical therapists for almost 20 years. Jeff joined the ProActive Physical Therapy team in August of 2015. He has used his education and experience to rehabilitate/train anyone from the weekend warrior to the professional athlete. Jeff believes in the mind-body connection which leads to his motto: "Educating and motivating, creating positivity to excel." Jeff has been a competitive runner, cyclist, and triathlete for over 30 years. He has been awarded three National Duathlon Championship titles, and a sixth place (top American) in the World Championship as a member of the U.S. National Duathlon Team.

Kylee Schierman

Kylee graduated from Northwest Nazarene in 2014 with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. She found a love for health and fitness after spending three years as the strength and conditioning coach at Saint Martin's University for the women's basketball team. Kylee has 5 years of experience as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor and physical therapy exercise specialist and is passionate about helping others in the journey to their desired health and fitness. Fun fact: Prior to becoming the strength and conditioning coach at Saint Martin's, Kylee played 4 years of collegiate basketball at Northwest Nazarene University! Outside of work, Kylee loves to stay active by working out, hiking in the summer, and skiing in the winter. She is also a big foodie, and loves trying new restaurants around the area. When she's not out exploring, Kylee loves to relax at home with her cat Oliver!
