Ashley Bloom manages Membership Drive‘s training and advisory services programs, overseeing training, canvassing tests, coaching, and support to Membership Drive's partners. Prior to joining PPL, Bloom oversaw face-to-face fundraising programs across the Americas, Europe, and Asia for Greenpeace International.

Bethany Maki is the Chief Marketing Officer of Progressive Power Lab and the Director of Programs at Progressive Multiplier. Before joining PMF, Bethany spent the first half of her career as a fundraiser at local, chapter and national nonprofits and the second half agency-side as a fundraising and marketing strategy consultant, running the non-profit consulting arms of Merkle and ForwardPMX.
Mario Zoske is Progressive Power Lab's CTO, responsible for software development at Membership Drive and all things tech for our partners. Throughout his career, he has successfully led multicultural and interdisciplinary software development and DevOps teams while improving efficiency, enabling business, and reducing IT costs.

Mina Devadas is the Director of Partnerships at Progressive Multiplier Fund (PMF). She brings to PMF more than 20 years of fundraising and nonprofit management experience. Prior to joining PMF, Mina served in executive and senior roles at the United We Dream Network, Center for Public Integrity, Children's Defense Fund, Lourie Center for Social & Emotional Wellness, and the University at Albany.

Neeti Kaur is PPL's Chief Financial Officer. Kaur has held senior finance roles the media industry at CLS Strategies and Bully Pulpit Interactive. Kaur built her finance expertise at CNA Insurance and cut her teeth in progressive causes at President Obama's 2012 campaign, the 2013 Presidential Inaugural Committee, and Organizing for Action.

Philip Radford is the founder and CEO of Progressive Power Lab as well as the Founder and Executive Director of the Progressive Multiplier. Radford served as the Executive Director of Greenpeace, is a co-founder of the Democracy Initiative, founded Membership Drive and Power Shift, and is a board member of the Mertz Gilmore Foundation.
