Providence Central is a new mixed-use development located on the south side of I-40 at Central Pike just west of South Mt. Juliet Road in the Nashville suburb of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. The 175-acre Master Plan entitles the PUD with 2.6 million square feet of commercial space. Available sites range from 2-20 acres and offer prime office, retail, hotel, and restaurant use opportunities as well as approximately 800 residential units of multi-family, senior housing and single family housing.
