With a background in healthcare and experience with personal mental health struggles Adam looks forward to joining you on your healing journey! His first steps towards bettering himself began in 2018.
He has received his TMS technician certification in 2023 and enjoys making conversations and connections with patients.
Chris Howard has been working in the mental health field since 2010 after seeing the long-term effects of mental illness within his own family. He is a graduate of UCLA where he received his B.A. in Psychology.
Having worked closely with those struggling with addiction, Chris considers the concept of community to be an essential part of treatment and advocates for wellness approaches that integrate both leading conventional therapies, as well as holistic practices like yoga and meditation.
Dr. Josh Lichtman has been practicing psychiatry for just about 2 decades now. He is dual board certified in both adult psychiatry and addiction medicine.
He is passionate about mindfulness practice and psychiatry and is constantly trying to blend the two. Although he primarily focuses on TMS and psychopharmacology, he is trained in various modalities of psychotherapy including CBT, DBT, EMDR, and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.
He is a clinical instructor at UCLA, and has been selected to be on the list for Southern California Super Doctors for 2016-2022.
He is the co-author of the best-selling book, "The Write Method" which is a self-help journal.
Gigi is a dedicated healthcare professional with a passion for patient care and advocacy. With over a decade of experience in patient treatment, she has cultivated a deep understanding of the healthcare journey from both a clinical and operational perspective. As a licensed registered nurse, Gigi brings a compassionate and patient-centered approach to her role as Director of Operations at Pulse TMS.
Her commitment to ensuring a supportive and welcoming environment is evident in her daily interactions-you'll often find her in the waiting room, connecting with patients and ensuring they feel heard and cared for. Gigi's leadership is driven by her belief that every patient deserves compassionate, high-quality care, and she strives to make a meaningful impact in their lives every day.
Ligaya is an adult psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and a family nurse practitioner from Los Angeles, CA. She offers her services at Pulse TMS for both in-person and virtual appointments.
She earned her bachelor's and master's degrees in nursing education from the University of Phoenix. She also earned two post-master's certificates in psychiatric mental health nursing and family health nursing from West Coast University. She is an internationally renowned "Daisy Award" recipient. She has been recognized for her transformative impact as a Nursing Professor.
Ligaya is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based, and holistic care tailored to each client's needs. She is highly skilled in partnering with clients to develop treatment plans that promote mental, physical, and spiritual wellness. She serves as a client advocate and creates a therapeutic sanctuary. All clients are valued, heard, and encouraged.
Additionally, Ligaya works closely with her team to offer Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) as a non-medication treatment option for depression, providing a holistic pathway to recovery.
