Much of her work is exploratory and iterative, building on ideas and insights, and moving participants to a next level in their thought processes. Curtis Frazier

Curtis is actively involved in client development, as well as executing advanced analytic techniques. His primary areas of interest are in conjoint analysis, hierarchical Bayesian analysis, and segmentation methodologies. Curtis joined our team from Millward Brown, where he was head of the Marketing Science team for Millward Brown's western region. Prior to Millward Brown, Curtis was an analytical manager at NPD, responsible for development and analysis of projects including market segmentation, new product development, and customer satisfaction measurement. Before entering marketing research, Curtis taught research methodology at the University of Houston. His background in teaching allows him to speak about high-end analytics with audiences of different backgrounds, statistical experience. Curtis holds a PhD and a master's degree in political science from the University of Houston, and a bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Austin. He regularly presents at marketing research conferences and has recently contributed the chapter on conjoint analysis/discrete choice models for The Handbook of Marketing Research.

He has been with the organization since 1999. For the first 11 years of his tenure, he ran a business practice built around a diversity of clients and industries. From there he spent 7 years as Director of Clients Services, working closely with both our US and Global teams. He has a diverse background in the world of custom marketing research. His experience includes tactical and strategic work in industries spanning financial services, communications and media, packaged goods, toys and games, high-tech, and durables. He has also worked closely with advertising agencies and consulting companies on a range of communications-related issues. Much of Jamie's research focus has been directed at helping clients to identify opportunities in their markets; optimize products and services to drive demand; create effective positioning and messaging platforms; maximize customer relationships; and build effective targeting and segmentation strategies.

Jeff Bass - COO

Jeff has more than 25 years of experience in the insights field managing teams both within corporate organizations and market research firms. He co-founded Illumination Research in 2005, building its strong roots in understanding consumers across industries, and has continued to expand its reach and capabilities through its 2018 merger with Radius. Jeff has helped build the combined organization, including research capabilities, operations, sales, and finance. He led the development of the Speed Suite line of products and several other key capabilities as well. His client service work has spanned hundreds of projects across a variety of industries including consumer products, advertising, finance, technology, and healthcare for many Fortune 500 clients. As COO, Jeff's primary role is integrating the day-to-day administrative, operating and process functions of our business. In this critical role, he is charged with bringing together the various parts that comprise the organization, most specifically those that affect the skills we bring to each task, the fluidity with which we accomplish all of this, and the interaction across groups. Jeff holds a B.A. from Bates College in Economics, and an M.B.A from Cornell University.

Jon leads insights projects combining data science and immersive behavioral techniques for leading brands in consumer packaged goods, healthcare, and technology across the region. Prior to joining our team, Jon was Head of Client Development for the FMCG team at Kantar TNS, focusing on helping clients develop customer-centric strategies. His prior experience includes ten years at Ipsos, working across a spectrum of FMCG and retail categories, including confectionery, alcoholic beverages, personal care, home care and home improvement. Jon also has category experience in gaming, mobile devices, payment plans, and consumer financial products. He has worked using techniques in FMCG stretch across choice modelling, sales volume forecasting, ideation, concept and product testing to optimise the innovation funnel. Jon is also experienced in A&U, segmentations and customer journey programmes, together with brand tracking and B2B customer satisfaction research. Since joining the company in 2000, he has been helping clients assess and explore research options that best deliver on answering their business issues. With extensive experience applying strategic research solutions to business problems for clients in a broad range of industries, Mark also provides expertise across a variety of research areas, including new product development and concept testing, pricing, brand positioning, segmentation and customer relationship management. Skilled in both the tactical and strategic aspects of quantitative research, Mark has conducted work in industries ranging from telecommunications, financial services, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, automotive and packaged goods. Michael Patterson

Ensuring that marketing research is actionable and understandable (not simply a bunch of numbers on a page) is one of Michael's key strengths. His 18-year career in marketing research includes experience both on the client as well as supplier side. Before founding Probit Research, he led marketing research within the industry standard server division at Hewlett-Packard (Compaq Computer Corporation). Prior to Compaq, he was Managing Director of Marketing Sciences at Millward Brown IntelliQuest (a marketing research company specializing in high-tech research). Michael has also held positions at USAA in San Antonio, Walker Information Group in Indianapolis, and Tangram in Ft. Worth. Michael is a leading expert in the use of multivariate analytic techniques, including conjoint/discrete choice methods for product optimization and pricing, segmentation, and structural equation modeling. He has been at the forefront of testing and validating cutting-edge techniques, including partial profile discrete choice and Hierarchical Bayes analysis. He holds a Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology (with emphasis on cognitive Psychology and quantitative methods) from Texas Christian University where he also received his M.S. and B.S. degrees. He is also on the Advisory Board of the MS Marketing Research program at the University of Texas at Arlington.

Mike Jackson - CFO

As Chief financial officer (CFO), Mike is responsible for all the company's financial functions, including accounting, audit, corporate development, and treasury. He also oversees and manages tax planning, compliance, and analysis as well as human resources. His career spans more than 30 years of varied experience in financial management, business leadership, mergers and acquisitions and corporate strategy. Throughout his career he has completed over 25 acquisitions and led and completed capital and debt raises of over $400M. Prior to joining Radius, from 2016 to 2017, he served as the executive vice president and CFO of Tallwave a business design and innovation agency and Ethology a full-service digital marketing agency. From 2008 to 2016, he served as executive vice president and CFO for iCrossing, a global digital marketing company and partnered with the CEO leading to the sale of iCrossing to Hearst Corporation in 2010. Before that, from 1999 to 2008, he served as executive vice president and CFO for Agency.com, an interactive marketing agency and partnered with the CEO leading to the sale to Omnicom Group in 2003. Earlier in his career, Mike held management positions at Arthur Andersen and Ernst &Young. Mike holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Hofstra University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and since 1999 has served on the Board and chairs the audit and compensation committees of Manhattan Bridge Capital, a publicly traded REIT.

He has a particular expertise in the automotive sector and leads this practice area for the company. Paul Donagher

Paul brings more than 20 years of research experience to our organization. He has spent the past decade building and managing teams to service clients in the communications, technology, CPG, and retail sectors. This experience comprises both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. Over the last few years, he has concentrated on how the layering of data can yield results far beyond that which has typically been achievable solely through attitudinal research. He has helped pioneer varying behavioral and neuroscience data collection techniques, while advocating for the combination of data sources to reveal the full story to clients around various business topics including: Consumer & Shopper Journey, Path to Purchase, Segmentation, Concept Development, and Brand Health.
