David N. Gill

David N. Gill has over 30 years' experience in senior operating and financial roles in the life sciences industry. He is the Chief Financial Officer of Perspectum, Ltd., a private medical imaging and diagnostics company based in the UK. Mr. Gill was most recently the President and Chief Financial Officer of EndoChoice Holdings, Inc., a publicly traded medical device company focused on gastroenterology products that was acquired in November 2016. Earlier in his career, Mr. Gill served in a variety of senior executive leadership roles for several healthcare related companies, including INC Research (now known as Syneos), TransEnterix, NxStage Medical, CTI Molecular Imaging, Inc., Novoste Corporation and Dornier Medical Systems. He currently serves as a director of the following public companies: Y-mAbs Therapeutics, Evolus and Strongbridge Biopharma.

Dennis is a serial life science entrepreneur and innovator dedicated to globally commercializing medical technologies. Prior to joining Santé, Dennis founded SparkMed Advisors, a boutique advisory to the medical device space, Apollo Endosurgery, a medical device company developing novel flexible surgical devices for less invasive surgery, and co-founded Chrysalis BioTechnology‚ a development-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on novel drug therapies for tissue regeneration. He started his career as an analyst for the IC2 Institute, a global think tank focused on applied entrepreneurship and commercialization research. Dennis also serves as Co-Course Director for the B.E.S.T. Innovation Course, taught at the IHU Institute in Strasbourg, France, is a member of the Center for BioDesign's Advisory Counsel at Johns Hopkins University and is a frequent lecturer in the Stanford BioDesign Fellowship program. Dennis earned his MS in engineering management from Stanford University and his BS in aerospace engineering, with honors, from the University of Texas. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Texas Exes and University of Texas Men's Athletic Counsel, been named a Distinguished Engineering Graduate and an Outstanding Young Texas Ex and is a member of the Academy of Distinguished Alumni for the Department of Aerospace.

With nearly three decades of experience in the medical device industry, Sean has played a pivotal role in the company's past as today he guides its future. He began his career in Research and Development at American Home Products, later sold to Symbiosis. Few can equal his impact on the industry from the wealth of products and patents that bear his name, and the companies he's worked with. Included are industry leaders Ethicon Endosurgery, InScope, Coviden and Olympus, as well as American Home Products, Boston Scientific and, since 1999, Syntheon. His vision leverages his entrepreneurial roots, complemented by scientific invention seen in dozens of patents purchased by industry leaders, all marked by his gift for finding consensus between partners and engineers, patients and providers. What began with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology has fueled a career of helping people and improving medical care for millions, work creating sustainable value for stockholders and consistent royalties for his partners.
