Andrea Gemma brings 20+ years of business experience, coaching leadership, and excellence. She has a broad-reaching background, which spans the financial, higher education, professional services, retail, technology and other industries nationally and internationally.
Combining her business acumen and training in yoga, meditation, and wisdom teachings, she is viewed as an individual who can balance directness and compassion, providing accountability and insight. She excels at helping each person she coaches define and leverage their unique abilities, explore their talents, achieve their goals and raise their performance bar. She has coached professionals across four continents, ranging from those just entering the workforce to senior executives, and at companies ranging from startups to Fortune 100 organizations.
In addition to coaching individuals, Andrea teaches International Coach Federation (ICF)-accredited programs, mentoring others to become professional coaches, as well as other leadership development programs.
Prior to coaching full-time, Andrea has been an internal consultant to business leaders, from new managers to senior executives. She has taken on a variety of roles in Human Resources-related functions at Fortune 500 companies, advising on approaches to employee engagement, leadership, development, performance management, communication, etc. in service of achieving business strategies and goals.

She brings 10 years of experience across Brokerage Operations, Learning & Development, and Sales Enablement positions leveraging her strategic, creative, and project management skills.
Prior to joining ClientWise, Ashley spent 7 years at TD Ameritrade leading teams of financial professionals in increasing revenue and client retention while consistently providing a superior client experience.

Bobbi Gemma has been coaching financial professionals and industry leaders for almost a decade. Bobbi was a founding member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is the founder and leader of the Coastal Carolinas Chapter of the ICF.
Since 2009, she has been an adjunct faculty member of the Proficient Coaching Certificate Program at the University of Miami. Bobbi has managed the career center for an outplacement firm, was president of a marketing resources firm and serves on a number of boards for training and organizational development groups.

A consummate student of the financial services industry, Brian has enjoyed a varied career in numerous roles that ranged from mutual fund wholesaler at Putnam Investments covering the Northwest and Hawaii, to Top Gun Wholesaler at AXA Equitable New York and New Jersey where he was the #1 wholesaler in 2007 and closed over $1B in annuity sales over a 3-year period. He's been an MDRT Qualifying Life Producer as well as Director of Sales for a New Jersey Guardian Life Agency, where he helped take the agency from a bottom quartile to a top-quartile ranking in under 2 years. He also founded and then sold his own successful independent wealth management firm all with in 4 years - not coincidentally - having retained ClientWise as his coach over that period!
More recently, Brian ran a $1B book of business for Fidelity where he qualified as a President's Circle winner, honoring the Top 3% of all Financial Consultants. Prior to joining ClientWise, Brian was managing a $1.3B book of business for Charles Schwab in Red Bank NJ.
Along the way, Brian attained his CFP®, ChFC®, and his BFA (Behavioral Financial Advisor) certifications as well as several professional coaching certifications. As a Certified Professional Coach with hundreds of hours of coaching wealth management leaders as well as a successful career "in the seat", Brian is uniquely qualified and passionate about helping others achieve incredible success as part of the ClientWise Team.
Brian lives in Shrewsbury, NJ with his wife Michele and 3 very active kids where he still coaches soccer and wrestling from the sidelines and cheers lacrosse and other sports from the stands. He is grateful every day to have his family as his source of energy and pride for all he does.
Chris joined the ClientWise team as a Relationship Manager. He has been serving financial advisors for the past 8 years, starting his career in this industry at Fidelity Investments. One of the key statements that he stands by is, the client is the company. Chris has experience in being a Relationship Manager within the wealth management space and has a background in sales management. Outside of the working hours, you can catch him either reading, playing disc golf, or hitting the slopes during the winter.

Helene Mazur has over 35 years of experience helping to effect meaningful, sustainable growth in the lives of individuals, teams, and organizations. Leslie Torres joined the ClientWise Team as the Marketing Coordinator. As an Army Veteran with 9 years of prior service, she is a multi-faceted team member. Additionally, she offers essential intangibles that consist of working in a collaborative environment and foresight to consumer behavior. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Marketing Communications from Notre Dame of Maryland University and her Master's in Marketing Intelligence from Towson University.
After work, you can find her spending time with her two boys, hiking, reading mystery novels, and although she likes to try different places to eat like a foodie, her heart always leads her to a good taco place.
