Levent serbest muhasebeci, mali müşavirdir. 1996 yılında Arthur Andersen denetim bölümünde kariyerine başladıktan sonra finansal denetim ve finansal raporlama alanlarında Arthur Andersen ve Ernst&Young İstanbul, Johannesburg, Londra ve Abu Dhabi ofislerinde 12 yıl çalışmıştır. Mr. B. Ramaratnam graduated from the University of Mumbai and after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant joined Price Waterhouse at Chennai and later joined AF Ferguson & Co and Deloitte Haskins & Sells where he was an Audit Partner till March 2015. During the course of his long career, Ramaratnam has serviced national and multinational clients from diverse sectors such as manufacturing, trading, software, time-share, real estate, financial services, pharma, engineering, construction, services etc. (Mr. Ramaratnam was appointed as an Independent Director by the Board on May 21, 2018 subject to shareholders approval).
Mr. Bora İncir has more than 23 years of experience in technology companies in sales roles. He started as a Sales Manager at SAS. Prior to SAS, he was Regional Sales Lead for Turkey and Greece at Micro Focus. He developed customer relations and negotiations in SAP as Sales Manager. He gained experience in project management, business development, customer and human relations of the unit he is responsible for at Altus Software Services company. As his first work experience, he continued his career by working in sales and operations for 9 years at Meteksan System.

Mr. Sudip Nandy is an accomplished leader with over 40 years of experience. During his career he has lived in and helped build and grow companies in India, the USA and the UK. Sudip was a Senior Advisor at Private Equity firm ChrysCapital and he has also been a Managing Director and Operating Partner at ChrysCapital for the last 5+ years. During this tenure he has been Executive Chairman of California headquartered Infogain Corporation and Board Member at Liquid Hub Inc which is now a part of Cap Gemini. Sudip was a Director on the Board of Mumbai based GeBBS Healthcare which does revenue cycle management for healthcare providers in USA and in Results CX, a BPM company headquartered in the USA. Sudip is also an investor and a Director on the Board of Artison Agrotech a Madhya Pradesh head-quartered company involved in bamboo-based products from plantation to end products sold in India and abroad. He is also non-Exec Chair on the board of a pioneering electric-2-wheeler company Ampere Vehicles which is now a brand of Greaves Cotton Ltd.
