Ramworx was founded by Rudolf Friederich and his wife Joni in March of 2002 in Tsumeb. Since there was no funding Joni kept working for Pricewaterhouse Coopers to support both her and Rudolf. From humble beginnings supporting customers on foot repairing and servicing computers and printers. Today after 20 years Ramworx not only owns more than one vehicle but has also enabled technicians to purchase their own vehicles, has trained many successful technicians who serve as administrators and managers at places such as UNAM and Dundee precious metals and some have even gone so far as to open their own Computer Businesses. Ramworx owns the building in the main street in Tsumeb where main operations take place and from where we serve the community but most of all Ramworx can proudly say that we still serve many of the same customers from 20 years ago which is proof of our loyalty and honesty based on Biblical Principals...
