NEWCO REAL ESTATE - Key Persons

ngela Figueira heads up our Real Estate division at NEWCO. She has a master's degree in civil engineering with a wealth of experience in both public and private sector construction works. These ranged from Airport runway rehabilitation projects in Mozambique to commercial and residential property developments in Portugal. Previously she worked at Grupo AFA, as Commercial Director, in the Real Estate Department. More recently, she accepted the challenge of leading NEWCO's real estate and relocation services area. She has also qualifications in Luxury Real Estates Sales Management from ISEG, Lisbon School of Economics & Management and the Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment at the MIT School of Architecture and Planning.
