Ashley joined Redwood Health Partners in 2022. She has 16 years of nursing experience in cardiology and intensive care and serves patients at our Brookline community.

Ayu Kebede

Ms. Kebede is a dedicated nurse practitioner with focused training and experience in gerontology. She is board certified with more than 7 years of direct patient care. Her most recent experience is with Bayonne Medical Center, where she serves as the primary practitioner following older patients with multiple chronic health concerns. Her goal is to work with patients, their families, specialists, and others to develop and implement a health care plan that will minimize further hospitalizations and improve overall quality of life. Ms. Kebede has a natural ability to build rapport with residents and their families. She is highly focused on integrated care that leads to improved quality of life across all dimensions.

Connie Smith

Connie is a Pennsylvania native and received her Master's Degree in Nursing-Nurse Practitioner from Pennsylvania State University. She has been a nurse practitioner since 1995 and considers the practice of medicine to be her true calling. She has received several awards and recognitions in nursing practice and leadership. Connie has extensive experience in primary care, internal medicine, chronic care management, pain management, and geriatrics. She finds her work with older patients to be most rewarding and is thrilled to be returning to that type of practice. Ms. Smith's approach to her practice is highly collaborative, recognizing the need for patient, family and other provider's involvement in reaching the best care plan for each individual. Connie considers practicing medicine and serving her patients to be a true honor. Connie resides in State College (just moments away from Juniper Village) with her husband and family. She is a mother and grand-mother. She credits her family with keeping her happy, healthy, and busy!

Cynthia Tourigian

Ms. Tourigian is a well rounded nurse practitioner with over 25 years experience in nursing and 8 years experience as a nurse practitioner. She has experience in primary care and neurology, but her real focus is on chronic care management within the geriatric population. Her most recent experience is providing primary care home visits to elders with multiple chronic conditions. Ms. Tourigian believes in the value of relationships in medicine and seeks to understand each patient's particular story as a way to better manage their care. She recognizes that only by getting the patient's "buy-in" to a treatment plan will the care plan be successful. Ms. Tourigian is an excellent communicator, coach, and teacher to her patients. Thomas Giovanazzo, PA, primary care physician's assistant for central Pennsylvania Thomas was born in a suburb of Philadelphia, then at twelve moved to the rural Pennsylvania Dutch town of Boyertown. He graduated at the top of his class and received a full scholarship to Lebanon Valley College, where he graduated with honors. Tom then worked as a golf pro, retail salesperson, research associate, QA inspector, and stone mason over the course of 5 years, before following his passion to study medicine. He returned to Arcadia University and completed a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies and has been a PA for 17 years

Deanne Browning

Ms. Browning is certified nurse practitioner, with a focus in geriatrics. She began her career as an NP in 1997, serving in both a primary care clinic and hospital setting. More recently, Ms. Browning has continued her hospital work in the cardiology unit at Porter Hospital in Denver, but also began working as a rounding provider in both skilled nursing centers and sub-acute rehab facilities. Ms. Browning is a skilled practitioner able to manage multiple chronic conditions, pain management where needed, skin and wound care, as well as assist with end of life planning and needs. Ms. Browning's true passion is working with frail and challenged elders to assure they have the care they need and want. She believes in a coordinated and highly collaborative approach to care, between the patient, family, other providers, specialists, and any care partners.

James Morgan

Dr. Morgan is a dedicated primary care physician, board certified in internal medical and palliative medicine. He has published two research studies, and served as assistant professor of medicine at Loyola University Medical Center for a number of years. However his passion is for direct patient care. Dr. Morgan has been in private practice in Cedar Grove, NJ since 2005. His practice focuses on adult and geriatric medicine, with a specialty in chronic care management. His goal is to develop patient relationships and provide coordinated care that looks at the patient as a whole person. Dr. Morgan is also the co-founder and board president of Lamp for Haiti, a non-profit organization providing quality, cost effective care in that country's capital. Through the provision of quality cost-effective medical care and humanitarian assistance, the Lamp for Haiti works with and for the people of Haiti to improve the lives of some of the most marginalized persons in Haitian society.

John Ginder

Dr. Ginder graduated with a BS in biology from Elizabethtown College and earned a DO from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. His Family Medicine residence was completed at Community Hospital of Lancaster. He is board certified in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulation Medicine. He started his private practice, Kissel Hill Family Care, in 2000 because of his love of caring for the entire family. Dr. Ginder's philosophy is that you, the patient, should be an integral part of determining your own healthcare options. He emphasizes prevention in his practice and advises that good health is no accident. It is the result of good habits, proper nutrition and regular professional health care Dr. Ginder takes his own advice by adhering to a moderate, healthy lifestyle. His love of running, skiing and bicycling has paid off well, now that he spends most of his energy and free time chasing after two young sons.

Thomas Giovanazzo

Thomas Giovanazzo, PA, primary care physician's assistant for central Pennsylvania Thomas was born in a suburb of Philadelphia, then at twelve moved to the rural Pennsylvania Dutch town of Boyertown. He graduated at the top of his class and received a full scholarship to Lebanon Valley College, where he graduated with honors. Tom then worked as a golf pro, retail salesperson, research associate, QA inspector, and stone mason over the course of 5 years, before following his passion to study medicine. He returned to Arcadia University and completed a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies and has been a PA for 17 years Tom started his career as a critical care / surgical open heart expert. After eight years in cardiac care, he left that specialty to pursue general medicine in family practice. Along the way, Tom also worked in specialty fields such as Emergency Medicine, Urology, Spinal Surgery. He currently works in Urgent Care as well as primary care with Redwood Health Partners. Tom's vision of care is very holistic. He believes in the value of preventive care and nutritional strategies as well as social and emotional factors when advising patients about the best course and options for managing their health. Tom is very straightforward in approach and is not afraid to adapt or change modalities to get the best results based on each patients physical, emotional, and mental capabilities. He has great understanding of the communities in this part of Pennsylvania and looks forward to helping people maintain their highest quality of living.

William Solomon

Dr. Solomon attended medical school at University of Colorado School of Medicine and graduated in 1976. Additional Internal Medicine training was conducted at University of Missouri Kansas City Affiliated Hospitals. He has over 39 years' experience as a primary care physician and specializes in geriatric medicine and chronic care management. Dr. Solomon has been in private practice for most of his career and recognizes that he is one of a vanishing breed of physicians who remain independent in their practice and who continue to round at their patient's homes. Most of his work is with patient's residing in various long-term care community settings. Dr. Solomon focuses on quality of life for those who are most fragile. He works with the community based teams to collaborate on the best approach to each individual's care. Dr. Solomon believes in an integrated approach to care, incorporating therapies, nutritional support, and outside services to the benefit of the patient.
