André Kinney is the Director of Real Estate for the Fairfax and Prince William campuses. In this capacity, he leads efforts to align the University's real estate assets with mission, strategic intent, and participates in the collective efforts associated with the Universities Master Plan work. André joins the University with more than 30 years of real estate experience including strategy, development, transactions, and management. He previously served as COO and Director of Asset Management for Real Estate Capital Partners and led the team responsible for all facets of strategy and oversight of a $7 billion US real estate portfolio. André has been a professor in the GMU MRED program, as well as a guest lecturer at Georgetown and the University of Wisconsin for real estate students.
