Barry Redler joined The Long & Foster Companies as its first chief marketing officer in 2009 and took over new responsibilities as chief administrative officer in 2018. In this role, he oversees all branding, marketing strategy, market research, public relations and communications, the information systems team as well as the legal and risk management functions for The Long & Foster Companies, including the subsidiary mortgage, title, insurance and other business lines. Redler is an experienced marketing and operations leader having worked with both Fortune 10 and privately held corporations. His team has shifted the media and communications mix to match consumer behavior to leverage digital and mobile marketing opportunities for the firm. Prior to joining The Long & Foster Companies, he oversaw marketing and sales as a vice president for the Stanley Martin Companies, a privately held regional homebuilder ranked in the top 100 firms in the United States. Redler also worked for The Ford Motor Company for more than 20 years in various senior-level marketing, product marketing, operations and sales positions. His broad experience at that company included field marketing and sales assignments throughout the United States, as well as serving in lead product and consumer marketing roles for products like the Mustang, Fusion, Explorer, F-Series trucks and more. His team headed several product launches including the launch of the Ford Edge crossover, which went on to lead the segment in market share. His team also developed critical communications and marketing plans for the Ford Escape Hybrid that launched with an award-winning Superbowl XL television spot in 2006. Redler is a graduate of Northwood University in Midland, Mich., and holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of Michigan. He serves on advisory boards for Christie's International Real Estate, Luxury Portfolio International and Move/Realtor.com, among others. He resides in Northern Virginia with his wife and two children.

Blake B. Hegeman serves as General Counsel of The Long & Foster Companies, Inc., a member of the HomeServices of America family of companies. In this role, Hegeman advises Company leaders, employees and agents on a wide range of corporate, regulatory and general real estate law matters. He also regularly interacts with HomeServices of America on corporate governance and compliance matters. Hegeman brings a wealth of legal experience to his current role. He served as an attorney with Virginia Realtors® (formerly the Virginia Association of Realtors®) for over a decade. Following Hegeman's time at VR, he engaged in the private practice of law for several years. He primarily focused on real estate, corporate, regulatory, and nonprofit association law. Hegeman also served as Outside General Counsel for Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc. This made his transition to an in-house attorney for Long & Foster seamless. Hegeman was re-elected in 2021 by other Virginia real estate attorneys to serve a third three-year term on the 12-member Board of Governors of the Virginia State Bar's Real Property Section and is Co-Chair of the Ethics Subcommittee. He has taught classes on real property disclosures to attorneys around the Commonwealth and contributed articles on real estate law to the Section's publication The Fee Simple. Hegeman is a former member of the American Society of Association Executive's Legal Section Council. Additionally, he was a guest lecturer on real estate law at Regent University Law School and Virginia Commonwealth University. Hegeman graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude from Virginia Tech and attended the University of Richmond School of Law.

Bruce L. Enger is a senior executive and the senior vice president and chief financial officer of The Long & Foster Companies. He has been with Long & Foster since January 2003 and directs all the financial and accounting operations of the companies and affiliates. He serves as an officer and a member of the board of directors for all of the individual businesses within The Long & Foster Companies, which includes a real estate brokerage, mortgage company, settlement services company, property management company and an insurance company. Prior to joining Long & Foster, Enger was chief operating officer, senior vice president and partner of Long Realty Company in Tucson, Ariz. He began his real estate career with Long Realty Company in 1997 as chief financial officer and was instrumental in many acquisitions to the growth of the company, including the sale of Long Realty to HomeServices of America, a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate. Enger also spent 15 years prior to that in the heavy construction industry, where he worked in management, business development, project management and estimating. He is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in business management. Over the years he has served on many professional committees and various boards for public and private companies.

As our Chief Marketing Officer and part of our leadership team, Kathleen will guide us in strengthening Long & Foster's position as the preeminent brand in East Coast real estate. She will lead our enterprise marketing to support our agents and ensure they have the best resources available to grow their businesses. With her guidance, we'll evaluate our overall marketing programs and services and measure the return on investment garnered by both our company and agents. Kathleen also will look to enhance communications across the organization, streamlining our messaging to better connect with and inform our agents and employees. Kathleen brings extensive experience in real estate and general brokerage marketing, as well as a background with creative agencies. She prides herself on connecting a company's core strengths with what its clients-be they agents or consumers-want and need, with a focus on adding immediate value and getting things done. Prior to joining Long and Foster, she served as CMO at Washington Fine Properties. There, she expanded the brokerage's advertising programs, overhauled its social media presence and implemented new strategies to make the brand more approachable and its agents more successful. She also previously led marketing and branding for Wydler Brothers Real Estate, when they were part of Long & Foster several years ago, as well as when they launched their own brokerage. Kathleen also brings more than a decade of creative agency expertise at the senior leadership level. During her agency tenure, she led comprehensive, cross-platform marketing and branding campaigns for major national accounts, such as CoStar, Sigma Tau Pharmaceuticals and a Marriott division. Kathleen is a graduate of Georgetown University's School of Business Administration. She serves on the board of A Wider Circle and has led successful initiatives (such as the 1000 Bed Challenge and truck sponsorship) with real estate brokerages to provide in-kind donations to the charity. She plans to continue this effort at L&F. Kathleen lives in Chevy Chase, Maryland with her husband and three children.

Kenneth Fagan serves as Senior Vice President and Regional Manager of Long & Foster Real Estate's Southern Maryland region. In this role, he is responsible for agent recruitment/retention, business development and operations at the region's six offices, including its Mitchellville and Ft. Washington locations, where he also works as the managing broker. Fagan has nearly 20 years of experience in real estate and sales management, and he's been part of the Long & Foster team since 2014. He first joined as the branch manager of the Mitchellville office, and he was appointed as the managing broker in the Ft. Washington location as well in 2016. Prior to working with Long & Foster, Fagan had a dual-career-he worked as a sales associate at a brokerage in York, Pennsylvania, and as a branch manager at a baking company, also in the York area. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a proven ability to lead sales teams and help them to grow their existing business while developing new opportunities - skills he brought with him to Long & Foster. Fagan is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Maryland Association of Realtors and the Prince George's County Association of Realtors. He attended Drexel University and graduated from Baltimore Polytechnic Institute.

Lonnie Plaster serves as senior vice president and regional manager for Long & Foster Real Estate, overseeing the Montgomery County and Washington, D.C., regions. Having joined Long & Foster in 2003, Plaster is well known in the industry and in the greater D.C. area. Plaster has more than 25 years of real estate experience, including having built and sold two prosperous real estate companies - the second of which, Cowne, Odend'hal & Plaster, was acquired by Long & Foster in 2003. Since joining the company, Plaster has led several of Long & Foster's real estate offices in the Northern Virginia region, including the McLean office, which achieved more than $1 billion in sales in both 2013 and 2014. He also spent time working in the Charleston, S.C., real estate market. Plaster grew up in the Warrenton, Va., area and studied finance at Radford University. He is active in the real estate industry and throughout his career he has served on numerous real estate boards and committees, including as President of the Prince William Association of Realtors and as a Director for the National Association of Realtors. He has earned multiple sales and leadership awards from the industry, as well as Long & Foster. Plaster resides in D.C. with a second home in the Charleston, S.C., area, where he enjoys spending time with his wife Ashley, and three sons, Zachary, Anderson and Bradley.
