Adam relocated to the Pilbara with his young family over three years ago, he is a proud Wiilman Noongar man, who began his career 20 years ago after completing his boiler maker apprenticeship. Adam is a director of Red Rock Services and as such has moved from a skills based position, into a leadership and mentor role, Adam would like to see more indigenous skilled workers in the Pilbara and is committed to developing partnerships with other local agencies to achieve this goal.

Carissa began her career in finance and management and has made the move into Health, Safety, Environment and Quality. Carissa is tasked with ensuring that Red Rock fulfills all of the requirements of ISO 9001. 14001, 45001 Certification's, as well maintaining Red Rocks quality system and OHSE systems.
Craig has worked in management roles throughout WA and has over 10 years local experience in Karratha, with high exposure to the mining industry across the Pilbara. Like the rest of our management team, Craig is results driven, with a focus on safety and budget. Craig is a leader with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget and incident free.
Shaun has over 24 years experience in the construction industry in the Pilbara and Kimberley regions, completing his electrical trade certificate working in remote Aboriginal communities, he has extensive experience in the mining, power distribution and oil and gas sectors. Shaun is a proud Ngarluma person, from the Karratha region, with an active involvement with traditional owner groups and an ambition to better benefit all Western Australian Aboriginal groups and people, through the provision of employment, business and training opportunities.
