She possesses more than 18 years experience in leadership with physician practice operations, revenue cycle operations, and change management. Her experience ranges from physician practice administration, revenue cycle management, due diligence for new ventures and acquisitions of new physician practices, and change management. Cissy has worked with large physician practice systems implementing revenue cycle processes and improvements as well as building or revitalizing central billing offices. She has a strong background in IT implementations of athenaHealth ONE, athenaHealth practice management system, Allscripts, eClinical Works, NextGen, and other practice management systems. With years of experience working on a national level in healthcare via multiple clients, Cissy's passion and drive is to revitalize the healthcare system one health system, one practice, one central billing office at a time.
