RIO BRANCO

The capital Boa Vista is the only one that is completely north of the equatorial line. A city planned in the shape of a fan, its urban design is inspired by Paris. Located on the right bank of Rio Branco, the city has a number of natural attractions such as freshwater beaches, rock formations, rivers, as well as parks and squares... The International Airport of Boa Vista is about 3.5 km far from downtown. It is the main airport in Roraima, also being the airport for scheduled flights located further North of Brazil. It has a 2,700 m runway, two boarding bridges and five parking positions, in addition to hangars and a cargo terminal.
