Reeder Industrial Contractors, Inc. (RIC) was incorporated in the State of South Carolina in 1995. We are a licensed unlimited General Contractor and also carry a specialty license in Process Piping and Public Utilities. We primarily perform all of our work as the general contractor and self-perform 90% of the work ourselves. We typically subcontract site work, piling, HVAC, insulation and electrical. RIC maintains a select list of highly qualified subcontractors to provide our clients with a total quality package. All of our work is generally bid on a lump sum basis or negotiated time and material based on plans and specifications provided by our clients...
