As founder, Ali sits on the board and helps lead the strategic development of the company. Previously, Ali designed and developed integrated computer systems for both commercial and government clients. Ali has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from UC Davis, and enjoys running, photography, and weekends at the batting cages.

As Chief Executive Officer, Daniel oversees the day-to-day operation of ReferralExchange and its overall strategic direction. His areas of expertise include business optimization, people management, the use of technology to deliver class-leading business and consumer experiences, analytics and data science. Daniel holds a Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology from Stanford University, where his research focused on statistical aspects of language acquisition; an M.Sc. in Artificial Intelligence from Edinburgh University; and a B.A. in Philosophy from Cambridge University.
As VP of Finance, Manuel oversees the company's overall financial activities, including controllership, tax, treasury, corporate financial planning and analysis, internal auditing, real estate, and accounting for ReferralExchange. Manuel has a B.A. in Economics from UC Santa Cruz. In his free time, Manuel enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, and barbecuing with his friends.
Myron Lo - Chief Strategy Officer

As Chief Strategy Officer, Myron oversees all Business Development and Strategy for the company. Previously, he was responsible for product and marketing innovation at ZipRealty, at the time, the nation's largest internet-based real estate brokerage. Myron started his career in consulting at Andersen Consulting. He received a B.S. in Managerial Economics from UC Davis and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California. Myron enjoys spending time with his family-including his two sons.

As Vice President of Product, Robert oversees all Product Management for the company. Previously, Robert worked in the biotech research industry for companies like Roche and Genentech. He has a BA in Biology from the University of Delaware and an MBA from Duke University. Rob is also a lifelong musician who loves to travel every chance he gets.

As Executive Chairman of the Board, Scott helps lead the strategic development of ReferralExchange. Previously, Scott worked at several firms in equity research, investment banking and venture capital. Scott has a B.S. in Business Administration from UC Berkeley, and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. He is an avid outdoorsman and sailor.

Tom's role as VP of Sales and Operations has him overseeing all of the servicing and recruiting efforts for ReferralExchange. Previously, he worked for Bella Pictures and ING Direct. He specializes in team building and process development, with a focus on providing a high level of service. He has a B.A. in English from the University of Delaware and, when not working, spends his time traveling, reading, and practicing archery.
