Mr. Stoop is an Associate Attorney at the law firm of Rodman, Holscher, Peck & Edwards, P.A. He practiced law for 13 years as an Assistant District Attorney in both District 10, which includes Wake County, and District 2, which includes Beaufort, Hyde, Martin, Tyrrell, and Washington Counties. Chad uses his years of experience in the area of criminal defense and general civil practice. Chad serves as attorney for the Town of Belhaven and the Town of Pantego. Ed Rodman was a member of our firm until his passing in 2008. During his distinguished career he practiced in the areas of civil litigation, including personal injury law and products liability, as well as in municipal law. He served as President of the North Carolina Bar Association from 1975 to 1976. He was a member of the Law Review as the University of North Carolina where he received his LLB degree in 1955 following his graduation from North Carolina State University in 1950.
