Rod Taylor is a consummate artist, specialising in reportage photography. Born in New York, and now a long-time resident of South Africa, his photographic career began 35 years ago. His images have been published in newspapers and magazines in the United States, South Africa and Australia... Rod continues to be inspired by his late friend Gordon Parks, Ernest Cole, Gene Smith and others who were pioneers in environmental portraits and the one-page picture story.
