Riotous Company is a crossover theatre of stories, music, pictures, poetry and dance founded by artistic director Mia Theil Have in close collaboration with composer Nikola Kodjabashia and designer Luis F. Carvalho comprising a collective of artists and associates... Riotous co-produced the hit musical Penelope X by Nikola Kodjabashia and Balkanika Literary Award Laureate Venko Andonovski with the National Ballet and Opera of Macedonia directed by Mia Theil Have, designed by Luis F. Carvalho. Riotous supports and collaborates with The Freedom Theatre in Palestine, and have created and toured the dance-theatre piece Insomnia: a pas de deux drama for two girls and a piano man internationally to popular and critical acclaim, as well as premiering the aerial theatre concert with Gisele Edwards Divertimento for rope and strings directed by Mia Theil Have.
