Ali Tharoo received his Bachelor of Accounting at the University of Central Florida. He joined Windward Marina Group as a Staff Accountant in May 2021. Ali started his career in accounting with Exam Plus FL Corp where he was responsible for overseeing the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, along with end of month closing.
Prior to coming to Windward Marina Group, Ali worked for Holiday Retirement, one of the largest companies in the independent senior living industry with over two-hundred and forty communities around the United States. He was part of the Accounting Shared Services department and was responsible for the daily accounting tasks for over ninety communities. He was also responsible for overseeing the daily cash reporting for all two hundred and forty communities, along with conducting internal audits of all their resident leases.

Brian Vujnovic joined Robert Finvarb Companies as Vice President & Director of Operations in June of 2014. Brian began his career working in the hospitality industry over 19 years ago in operations. He was a part of Ian Schragers opening team for South Beach's Shore Club Hotel where he managed all areas of the rooms division over several years. In 2009 Brian became General Manager of Sagamore, the Art Hotel in South Beach where he led the successful repositioning the hotel both financially and operationally. In January of 2013 Brian became the General Manager of Miami Beach's iconic Raleigh Hotel with sbe Hotel group where he partnered with James Beard award-winning Chef Michael Schwartz on the redevelopment the food and beverage programming and opening of Restaurant Michael Schwartz. Additionally, during his time at Raleigh, Brian restructured the hotel's marketing, sales, revenue and operational departments resulting in a remarkable financial turnaround for the property. During his tenor with RFC Brian has led the operational aspect of 5 successful hotel openings between Miami and New York City while overseeing day to day asset management and operations of the existing portfolio of hotels. Brian also plays an integral role for operational programing, F&B concept development/execution as well as franchise and management selection for our new build hotel developments.

Christopher Simon joined Robert Finvarb Companies in September 2011 as a Financial Analyst. At that time his primary focus was on the analysis of overall hotel performance, investor relations and preparing internal financial reports. In 2015, Christopher was promoted to the Portfolio Asset Manager. As the Portfolio Asset manager, along with his previous duties, he works closely with all hotel leaders and focuses on the implementation of specific revenue and sales strategies to further drive top line performance for all properties. In addition to his active role in the revenue generation of the hotel portfolio, Christopher is responsible for the project management and scheduling of over $12MM in renovation projects. During this time Christopher utilizes his construction knowledge with his revenue expertise to ensure that all properties, undergoing significant renovations, still meet the desired returns to investors. Christopher is also involved with the selection, negotiation and evaluation of leases for the Finvarb Retail Portfolio, which consists of over 30,000 SF of commercial space. Christopher is a graduate from Barry University with a M.B.A specializing in Finance.
Daniela Trudel is the Chief Financial Officer for the Robert Finvarb Companies and joined the Company in February 2006. Daniela graduated from Auburn University with a Masters in Accounting in 1992. Daniela has spent over 21 years combined in both public and private accounting, providing her extensive working experience in a broad cross-section of industries. Following graduation from Auburn, Daniela became associated with the auditing and consulting firm of Grant Thornton, LLP, the 6th largest accounting firm in the world. There she served as an Assurance Services Manager for 5 years. In 1998, Daniela became the Director of Special Projects and ultimately the Director of Finance for Blue Dot Services, Inc., a consolidator of air-conditioning and plumbing companies through-out the United States. During her time at Blue Dot, Daniela oversaw the acquisition and integration of over 80 companies into the Blue Dot roll-up. Most recently, Daniela was Chief Financial Officer for Presidential Aviation, a leading private air charter company based out of Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Guo Fu Li is the Controller of Windward Marina Group and joined the Company in August 2019. Guo Fu received his Bachelor of Accounting at the University of Central Florida. He has spent over 12 years combined in both public and private accounting, providing his extensive working experience in a broad cross-section of industries. Guo Fu started his career in the assurance and advisory services department of HLB Gravier, LLP, a local accounting firm in Coral Gables, FL. There he led engagements for real estate, manufacturing and distribution, governmental and not-for-profit entities. Most recently, Guo Fu worked with Vertical Bridge, the largest privately-owned communications tower owner and operator in the country, where he oversaw the accounting operations and financial reporting.

Jake Torres assumed the position of Director of Development & Construction for Robert Finvarb Companies in 2013. Jake graduated from the OHL School of Construction at Florida International University with a Bachelor's in Construction Management, and has taken advanced graduate coursework in Construction Management at FIU. During his tenure as a student, he held several leadership positions, including the Presidency of the Construction Management Honor Society. Encompassed in his experience portfolio, Jake has been responsible for, and has overseen the construction of numerous projects. Jake worked with Vertical Construction, a General Contractor based in Irvine, California as well as the Owner of Expo Ships on the Sea Fair, the world's first mobile Mega Yacht Art Venue and one of the ten largest privately owned yachts in the United States. Jake also managed the Operations at BIW Iron, a privately owned construction company specializing in metal work. While working at BIW Jake was able to assemble a joint venture, obtain his General Contracting License and established Tower Construction Management. Most recently, Jake worked with Coastal Construction Group, a South Florida tri-county general contracting company ranked amongst the top 100 construction management companies in the United States.
Juan Andres Ramos is a Construction Manager on the Development & Construction Team at Robert Finvarb Companies. Prior to joining RFC, Juan obtained his Bachelors of Science in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA. There he was a member of Sigma Lambda Chi, the Construction Management Honor Society. Additionally, Juan acquired his Masters of Science in International Real Estate from the Hollo School of Real Estate at Florida International University. Juan is a Building Contractor licensed in the State of Florida and has prior professional experience managing projects for General Contracting firms. Juan is involved in the management of active projects and is responsible for managing all capital expenditure projects throughout the entire portfolio.
Marcia Amador joined Robert Finvarb Companies in June 2022 as an Executive Assistant to Robert Finvarb, CEO and Office Manager. Marcia worked in various Executive Assistant roles in New York City within the Private Equity and Marketing industries for 12yrs. As a seasoned Executive Assistant, she has acquired deep knowledge in providing support to partners, C-Level executives and board members on their day-to-day basis. She also obtained a key-view of operations, building office cultures' and managing promotional marketing incentives for varies companies. In 2020, Marcia moved to South Florida where she began her career within the Construction industry working as a Project Manager and Xactimate Writer for the recovery and disaster program at Thomson Construction. At Thomson Construction she oversaw projects and estimates on cases for South Florida and Puerto Rico. Marcia holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Central Florida and obtained a PMP certificate from eCornell. She is also certified in Level 2 Xactimate.
Marvin Soto joined the Robert Finvarb Companies in January 2022 as a Project Manager. Marvin received his Bachelor of Economics at National University of Nicaragua and went on to receive a Postgraduate Certificate at the Central America Institute for Business Administration. He has spent most of his career working in private industries. Prior to joining Windward Marina Group, Marvin has spent most of his career in the hospitality industry in various accounting positions. He was responsible for the overseeing balance sheet reconciliations and managing the Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables staff of the Accounting Department.
Nindiri Rivas joined Robert Finvarb Companies as an Administrative Assistant in June 2015. Before joining RFC, Nindiri had several years of experience in both customer relations as well as in the administrative setting. While Nindiri serves as one of the main points of contacts for the office, she is also responsible with assisting the asset management team in compiling data to better monitor portfolio performance as well as coordinating deliverables for the construction team. Nindiri has a bachelor's degree in Modern Languages from the University of Puerto Rico Recinto de Rio Piedras.
Rita Kuan joined Finvarb in February 2018. She has 20 years of Accounting and Tax services. She worked previously for Berkowitz Pollack and Brant and Gerson Preston Robinson, tax firms where she provided tax compliance services in various industries. She also concentrated in preparation and consulting services for individuals, trusts, pass-through entities and corporations. Later she became a Controller for the Estefan Enterprise located in Miami Beach, where she provided accounting services for Emilio and Gloria Estefan various companies. Rita graduated from FIU with a Bachelor of Accounting and a master's in taxation.
Shoshana Golovin joined Robert Finvarb Companies in January 2022 as a Revenue Analyst helping to oversee revenue management across the portfolio of hotels. Prior to assuming her position with RFC, Shoshana began her career in hotel operations while she was attending Florida Gulf Coast University. While in school she took on a concentration in revenue management and received her Certification in Hospitality Industry Analytics (CHIA) and Revenue Management Certifications by STR and AHLA. She graduated with her bachelor's degree in Resort and Hospitality Management and upon graduation she was accepted into Hyatt's Corporate Management Training program as an Operations CMT. Shoshana completed the program at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis and after was promoted to Assistant Operations Manager. After some time in Minneapolis Shoshana transitioned into a job at Hyatt Centric South Beach as the Front Office Manager. While there she worked closely with some of the RFC revenue management team which led her to her role today.

Talia Sattler joined Robert Finvarb Companies in July 2018; she has 15 years of experience in hospitality management. After beginning her career in Information Systems Management in Washington DC, she transitioned to hospitality and quickly moved to revenue management. Talia specializes in data analysis and systems optimization to maximize revenue. Talia is responsible for revenue management processes at several of our South Florida hotels and analysis of performance of the portfolio as a whole and individual properties as needed. Through the different companies she has worked for, Talia has had exposure to several different markets, both domestically and internationally and assisted with properties from 10-250 rooms, ranging from limited service to luxury. Talia has worked in other properties in the Miami market as well as Portland, OR and the British Virgin Islands. She is a graduate of The American University in Washington DC with a BS in Computer Information Systems and has completed leadership management certificate programs through eCornell and FIU.

Victor Recondo joined Robert Finvarb Companies in December 2019 and serves as its General Counsel. In his role, Victor is responsible for managing the Company's legal affairs and providing legal support for the Company's day-to-day operations.
Prior to joining the Company, Victor was a partner in a local commercial law firm where he served as practice leader for its real estate transactions group and represented developers, financial institutions, investors, and private equity funds on a wide array of real estate transactions and secured transactions. Victor's experience includes acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing on various asset types including hotels, shopping centers, and multi-family properties.
Victor is a member of the Florida Bar and serves on the local advisory board for Trust Bank.
