RTI: EVALUATION

The Right to Information Implementation Assessment: Comprehensive Methodology (i.e. the Right to Information Evaluation Methodology) is a companion project to the CLD's RTI Rating. Where the RTI Rating focuses on the strength of legal frameworks implementing RTI, access to information laws, RTI Evaluation explores the effects of access to information laws. Presented and warmly received at the 2019 Paris Peace Forum, the RTI Evaluation methodology was developed in part through a two-year pilot project in the Pakistani provinces of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab.
