RSI - Key Persons
Alex obtained his bachelor's degree from Elon University in 2007. He worked in various fields concentrating on customer service. RSI recruited Alex to head field services where he can apply his customer-oriented, problem solving skills for our client's benefit. He initially worked inside support to learn office and management software functions. He was then moved to the field and assisted others while learning basic technical skills including the use of infrared cameras, Rilem tubes, capacitance meters and more used to source leaks. His hard work and technical advancement led to his being promoted to the head of field operations in 2017. The business has increased tremendously under his leadership.

Alex is a project manager who has been with RSI since 2008. He is a Registered Roof Observer (RRO) and HAAG Certified Inspector. Alex provides roof and wall assessments followed by reports with recommendations, options, and budgets.
He is experienced in performing moisture surveys with infrared cameras and capacitance meters. He has been involved in surveying and monitoring jobs across various fields including hospitals, heavy industry, commercial, and historical construction. Alex is proficient in sourcing difficult leaks and solving problems.

Berri earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Mary Washington. She has been with RSI since 2018 and is now the Director of Administrative Services which includes directing RSI's administrative team on all consulting and service departments' needs. Berri is also in charge of accounting, invoice processing, and billing for the service and consulting departments. She also coordinates service repair and proposal work.

Bryan obtained a Bachelor's Degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He has worked for RSI since 2013, Bryan is a Registered Roof Observer (RRO) and a Certified Infrared Thermographer (CIT). Performing building assessments, conducting moisture surveys, developing bid documents, reports with recommendations and budgets are provided by Bryan. He supports the project management team by monitoring construction and developing project documents.
Casandra relocated from upstate New York in the summer of 2021. She is currently the Service Administrator for our team and acts as the lead on service billing, dispatching, and scheduling for RSI's leak investigation response services. Casandra is also involved with the development and review of RSI's Solutions Management Program (SMP).

Chloe graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a minor in History from Canisius College of Buffalo, NY. Chloe has been with RSI since 2020 and is currently involved with assisting in the management of capital projects and construction monitoring. She aids in the development of proposals, specifications, and project bidding processes. Chloe is trained in Auto CAD and also assists in the development and review of RSI's Solutions Management Program (SMP).

Clay graduated from NC state in 2011 with a bachelor's degree in Business. He spent 10 years in the staffing industry developing client relationships and recruiting. Clay wanted to make a change into a different industry where he could work in the field and communicate with clients so he joined RSI in the summer of 2020. Clay enjoys golfing, fishing, and sports.
Daniel enjoyed a brief stint at Belmont Abbey College where he studied economics. Afterwards, he decided to take a different route in life and chose to pursue a career in trade work. Now, he works primarily as a hybrid field technician/technical writer providing support where he is most needed.

Dave has over 25 years in the roofing industry. Dave began as a commercial roofer and worked his way up to superintendent overseeing hundreds of projects. Dave worked as a technical representative at a leading manufacturer for 2 years in charge of North Carolina, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. He also worked the past four years for a national roof management company. Dave specializes in the specifications and applications of single ply and modified bitumen roofing systems and provides project quality assurance monitoring.

Drew obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from Appalachian State University. Drew has been with Roof Solutions since 2012 and develops comprehensive specifications with CAD drawings. He obtained the designation of Construction Document Technologist (CDT) in 2013.
Several million-dollar projects have simultaneous been managed by Drew concurrently and successfully. Drew performs building assessments, moisture surveys, and manages projects from design through completion.
Hunter graduated from Central Community College in 2020 with an associates degree in Science, Industrial Systems and Maintenance, and Engineering Technology. He then went on to study Mechanical Engineering at UNCC. Hunter performs repairs with RSI's service team, conducts annual roof inspections, and provides support to the consulting team when needed.
Jay is involved with quality assurance, managing projects, moisture surveys, and leak sourcing. He worked for three years in the contracting side of roofing conducting repairs, managing clients, and developing business. Jay also worked for five years on the manufacturing side of roofing where he was involved with training and warranty inspections for Carlisle Construction Products. Jay received his Bachelor's degree from Western Carolina University.

Michael has been with RSI since 2007 and is responsible for all company operations directly or through oversight. In addition to his role as company President, Michael is responsible for the setup and implementation of roof asset management programs for various fortune 500 companies with a focus in healthcare and industrial applications. He received his bachelors' degree from North Carolina State University.
Mike is a Registered Roof Consultant (RRC) and Registered Roof Observer (RRO). Mike has also achieved certification as an associate project manager from the Project Management Institute. He has been a guest speaker at several seminars including the North Carolina Healthcare Engineers Association.
Moises joined the RSI team in 2019 and is currently the lead technician in RSI's service department. He moved to North Carolina from California in 2016 and has worked in the roofing industry since 2014.
Robert retired as a 1st Sergeant from the 82nd Airborne Division after 20 plus years of service in 2000. Robert has been in the roofing field since this time and has seven (7) years of experience with RSI. He obtained his Registered Roof Observer (RRO) designation several years ago. Prior experience includes working for a strong regional contractor and then a national contractor primarily in their service departments providing solutions to water entry challenges.

Rosemary has been with RSI since 2008. She coordinates all aspects of production through complex schedules and serves as an inside account representative to all key clients. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from the University of NC at Charlotte and later obtained her Certified Administrative Professional designation with special recognition in Organizational Management. In addition to company coordinator, she manages backlogs, tracks billing projections, develops custom proposals for clients, reviews reports prior to issue and other quality control functions.
Rosemary has hired and trained the office staff. She has also developed a program for tracking and reporting leaks saving clients thousands of dollars annually along with innumerable tasks such as assisting with marketing development.
