Leonard Lim is a Consultant with the Firm.
Leonard started his legal practice in 1997 when he was called to the Singapore Bar. He began his career in corporate commercial and conveyancing. Leonard went on to include litigation in his practice. Today, Leonard's areas of practice are in litigation, conveyancing and corporate commercial. Leonard also provides other legal services such as will writing and probate and estate administration.
Leonard has worked with government bodies, quasi government bodies, financial institutions, insurance corporations, private corporations and private individuals.
Before first joining the Firm in January 2018, Leonard was the sole-proprietor of Lim Kian Wee Leonard, Advocates & Solicitors (2008 - 2017).
Leonard was an Independent Director on the Board of Directors of Cheung Woh Technologies Ltd from 30 September 2005 to 4 August 2021.

Nick Ong is a co-founding Partner of the LLP, and Head of the Business Practice Group.
Nick also advises on intellectual property matters including trademarks and copyrights.

He began professional practice as a litigator in 1978 mainly in company, banking, contract, construction and engineering disputes. He broadened his experience by working for an English magic circle firm in London and Hong Kong.
His main areas of work are litigation & arbitration, giving advice and drafting agreements for cross-border transactions, construction & engineering projects, infocomm technology transactions, commercial transactions and advising foreign companies operating in the ASEAN region.
His arbitration experience is both as counsel and arbitrator. As Counsel, he has represented foreign companies in arbitrations involving construction and engineering projects, mining and commercial matters in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Thailand and Taiwan.

Raymond graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1982 and was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1983. He practised law for nearly 30 years up till end 2012 when he left practice to take up an executive appointment with a company whose shares are listed on the SGX-ST. Between 2013 and mid-2020, Raymond was Executive Director and subsequently Group CEO of LionGold Corp Ltd.
When he was in private practice, Raymond concentrated on corporate and commercial law. During the later stages of his practice before he joined LionGold, Raymond was regularly consulted by and advised listed companies on compliance with the Listing Rules and on transactions that required compliance with the Listing Rules, and matters relating to corporate governance. Besides an executive role with LionGold, Raymond was also an independent non-executive director of 2 other listed companies, including appointment as the lead independent director of one at various points in time.
Raymond has experience in various sectors of industry, including, mining (hard rock, particularly gold mining), renewable energy (particularly the use of biomass as fuel), private education, private equity, fund management, securities trading and OEM manufacturing. He has experience with corporate and commercial transactions in Malaysia, Philippines, Australia, China, Mongolia, UK, Canada, Ghana and Bolivia. He also has experience with compliance with listing rules in Australia having been a director of an ASX listed company before.
