Sai is a financial services professional who has worked in senior positions in HDFC Bank, IL&FS, Kotak, HSBC, Religare and Edelweiss. His passion for work helped him cope with the demanding schedule that the corporate world threw at him. The proverbial work-life balance was fine but the realization that one's mental and physical health is just as, if not more, important as any career. This nudged Sai to ponder about how he was going to address the issue. His journey into the world of fitness commenced thus. Over the years he evolved into a passionate fitness enthusiast, a triathlete, a nutrition specialist and an avid trekker.
