Shane Alleyne is a Senior Project Manager on various engagements that utilize her more than 20 years of project management, business process improvement, and analytical expertise. An effective manager of concurrent complex projects, Shane is a strong communicator who utilizes proactive interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels and move projects efficiently from conception to conclusion. She is responsible for leading projects, developing strategies, and executing sustainable solutions across a variety of industry sectors within the public and private sector. Shane has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Morgan State University and is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).

Stephanie Bagley is the Founder and President of SCB Management Solutions, Inc. (dba SCB Management Consulting) ("SCB"). SCB was founded on Stephanie's more than 25 years of transformation, risk management, operational, and financial leadership expertise. Her experience in Big 4 consulting along with her passion for helping organizations optimize productivity and profitability were essential as she established SCB. Today, SCB is a Women Business Enterprise (WBE), Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), and SBA-certified 8a company.
In addition to leading and developing her team, Stephanie works as a Project Director and Project Manager on various transformation engagements. She leads projects in federal, state, and local government as well as private sector industries. Stephanie is a seasoned expert with in-depth knowledge of Program Management, Strategic Planning, Insurance and Risk Management, Business Process Reengineering, and System Implementation Management. Stephanie continues to optimize financial and operational results, just as she did as a successful corporate leader for more than 25 years.
Tracy Craig is responsible for leading various SCB projects, primarily in the areas of Change Management and Human Capital. Tracy brings her more than 20 years of Deloitte Consulting and internal corporate leadership expertise to develop and implement strategies that incorporate her innovative approach to organizational culture change, communications strategies, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) across public and private sector clients. Indicative of Stephanie's belief in partnership and building the best team for each project which sometimes includes bringing complimentary skills to SCB, while supporting other small and women-owned businesses who are aligned with SCB values.
