Adrian oversees the service delivery and client relationship management for a significant and growing portfolio of real estate clients based in Jersey. Adrian has over 20 years' experience of client servicing and significant involvement with institutional clients on the administration of real estate investment structures. Adrian is a Chartered Accountant, having qualified with Arthur Andersen.
Alexandra Anthony is the Chief Commercial Officer, based in Jersey. Alexandra brings over 20 years' experience within both the financial services and fund management industries. A Chartered Accountant, trained with KPMG, Alexandra joined Saltgate from Orion Capital Managers LLP (OCM) where she was Director of Finance, for six years. Before joining OCM she was Head of Fund Finance for Savills Investment Management where she was responsible for all financial aspects relating to the external real estate funds, for five years.
Ali is the Chief People Officer and focuses on driving Saltgate's people strategy. She develops our talent so we can give our clients a best-in-class service, and oversees recruitment, diversity, culture and communications. She started her career in investment banking, spending 11 years at Goldman Sachs. She then joined the US hedge fund Citadel as a senior talent strategist. Before joining Saltgate in January 2021, Ali ran her own talent strategy consultancy.
Dan looks after internal and external communications. He joined Saltgate in 2020 and has worked in marketing, PR and media for over 15 years, specialising in financial and professional services.
Dan has previously worked for HSBC, Barclaycard, and the law firm Freshfields. He is a former journalist and BBC radio presenter.
Dan received the Alistair Cooke Award for journalism, and studied communications at Stanford as a Fulbright scholar.

Hannah is the Group Chief Corporate Officer, based in Jersey. Hannah has over 15 years' administration and transactional experience including sitting on the boards of a number of high-profile fund manager and corporate holding entities. She has a specialist focus on corporate governance, risk and compliance. Prior to joining Saltgate in 2007, Hannah spent three years with a leading administration firm providing services to a variety of alternative asset funds. Hannah is a Chartered Governance Professional and a graduate of the University of Nottingham.
James is based in Jersey and oversees the service delivery and client relationship management for some of our key client relationships. James re-joined Saltgate from CVC Capital Partners in 2020, where he was a Director, Corporate Administration. James is a Chartered Governance Professional with over 15 years' experience in offshore financial services and he brings a wealth of corporate, technical and transactional knowledge to the team.
Based in Jersey, Jean-Philippe leads Saltgate's Compliance function and has over 17 years of experience in the offshore financial services industry. Prior to joining Saltgate in 2019, Jean-Philippe held day-to-day responsibility for the compliance activities of the Fund Clients at an international fund and corporate service provider, including holding the positions of Compliance Officer, Money Laundering Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer on regulated client entities. Jean-Philippe has also held a principal person roles and served on the board of a number of Funds and Managed Entities for a US-based international financial services provider. Jean-Philippe holds two French LL.M. in Law, the International Diploma in Financial Crime Prevention from the International Compliance Association and is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
Based in Jersey, John is Director with responsibility for the service delivery and client relationship management to a significant and growing base of Private Equity clients. Prior to joining Saltgate in October 2007, John spent over five years working for a leading third-party fund administrator specialising in alternative asset funds. As the head of a team of specialist administrators, he was responsible for all aspects of administering both small and large European private equity funds with an aggregate committed capital of over 25bn, including some of Europe's largest funds at the time. Before focusing on alternative asset fund services, John worked in Equity Capital Markets at Paribas and Goldman Sachs in London.
Julian is responsible for the management and oversight of Saltgate's service delivery in London. An FCA qualified accountant with over 20 years of experience in the private equity and real estate fund administration industry, Julian has a strong focus on delivery of client service excellence and utilizing technology to mitigate business risk and improve processes. Julian has considerable experience of leading teams and managing a wide range of clients in both the onshore and offshore private equity and real estate fund spaces.
Lizette is responsible for the management and oversight of Saltgate's client service delivery in Jersey. Lizette has over 12 years' experience of private equity and real estate financial reporting in IFRS, US, GAAP and various local GAAP. Lizette qualified as a Certified Public accountant in 2003 with KPMG and joined Saltgate in 2013.
Michala is responsible for Saltgate's People function and is based in Jersey. Michala joined Saltgate in 2020 and is a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Michala is a highly experienced HR professional, having delivered solutions that support the people strategy and leading on HR digitalisation. She has worked internationally, locally and as part of the Big Four as HR Manager.

Nadja is the Group Chief Innovation Officer. She develops our skills, products, and services to drive Saltgate's client service across jurisdictions. Before joining in November 2021, Nadja worked for more than 10 years as a client to Saltgate, first at the private equity firms Akina and Unigestion, and then at the private infrastructure investor Reichmuth & Co. Private Equity International named Nadja one of its inaugural ‘Future40' leaders ‘set to shape private equity over the next decade'.
Simon Riley is the Chief Executive Officer based in Jersey. Having joined Saltgate at its inception in 2007, Simon has played an integral part in growing and shaping the Saltgate business into what it is today. Simon has over 20 years' experience in the alternative asset fund industry specialising in working with clients to service a wide variety investment structures in Jersey, Luxembourg and the UK across our core asset classes of real estate, debt and private equity. Simon is a Chartered Accountant, having worked at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte.
Stuart leads Saltgate's business development function and is based in Jersey. A financial services professional with over 25 years of industry experience, Stuart has spent the last 15 years focusing on the provision of bespoke solutions in the Private Equity and Private Equity Real Estate Fund sector, developing high quality and long-lasting client relationships. Prior to joining Saltgate, Stuart was the Director of Business Development for the Jersey office of a multinational administration service provider. Prior to that Stuart held numerous senior positions with RBS International, most recently as Senior Director of the Offshore Funds Team.
Tim is responsible for the oversight and management of Saltgate's IT function and is based in Jersey. Having joined Saltgate in 2014, Tim uses his extensive experience and vast knowledge in Information Technology to ensure that we have the best technology, tools and processes. Tim holds the CISA, CISSP and PRINCE2 certifications, an MBA and an MSc in Information Technology.
