Terry Salman is the President & CEO of Salman Partners Inc. For the past 10 years, he has served as Chairman of the Vancouver Public Library Foundation. Terry is also Honorary Chair of the Britannia Development Corporation Fundraising Committee and Director of the Whistler Film Festival Society. He is also a member of the Advisory Committee for the Investment Industry Association of Canada ("IIAC"). Terry has served in many other positions including: Chairman of St. Paul's Hospital Foundation for eight years and also as a trustee for St. Paul's Hospital; Past-Chair of the Investment Dealers Association of Canada; Chairman of the Audit Committee for the Stem Cell Network three years and a Director of the Prostate Cancer Research Foundation of Canada for six years. In 2008, Terry was appointed to the Government of Canada's Expert Panel on Securities Regulation. In June 2009, he was awarded a Doctor of Technology, "honoris causa" from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. In May 2011, Terry was appointed Honorary Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Vancouver. On September 20, 2012 Terry was awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal.

Victor Chan has been in the financial services industry since 1999 and in the field of compliance since 2004. He joined Salman Partners compliance department in early 2006 and further developed his skills under the tutelage of the firm's then CCO and UDP. Victor is a graduate of Simon Fraser University (Philosophy) and attained the CSI's Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute designation in 2006.
