Ana-Maria Lefèvre started her career at Crédit Foncier de France in the Asset & Liabilities team (2004-2010) before setting up and heading the middle office team of AXA IM for infrastructure debt and real estate debt platforms.
Ana-Maria joined Schroder Aida in 2015 in charge of portfolio operations. She is in charge of transaction execution, monitoring fund flows, preparing reportings and executing any other necessary administrative tasks.

Arnauld Schaefer has spent his entire career in investment banking, after 5 years in the telecommunications administration and then as a technical adviser in the office of the Minister of Industry in 1995. In 1996, he joined the M&A department of La Compagnie Financière Edmond de Rothschild. In 2001 he became Deputy Director, then Director, within the Corporate Finance teams of Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, in charge of origination and execution for the M&A and Equity Capital Market (ECM) activities.
In 2006, Arnaud joined Leonardo & Co as Executive Director, then Managing Director, within the Corporate Finance activity, with a particular focus on the Utilities - Infrastructure sector, on M&A, ECM and Restructuring assignments. Following the acquisition of Leonardo & Co France by Natixis, he was appointed Managing Director within the Corporate activities of Natixis and Natixis Partners.
He joined Schroder Aida in 2017 as Head of Infrastructure Equity Investments.

Augustin Segard has spent his entire career in the infrastructure sector.
After two internships in the project finance team of Natixis in Hong Kong and in the infrastructure equity team of InfraRed Capital Partners in Paris, he joined Charles and Jérôme in the infrastructure investment platform of AXA IM Real Assets in 2014.
He then joined Schroder Aida in 2015 with Charles, Jerome and some ex-AXA IM colleagues to build the debt franchise. At AXA IM and Schroder Aida, Augustin led the analysis and execution of over 30 debt investments and progressively specialized in the structuring of subordinated debt transactions. In 2019, Augustin was named Head of Junior Debt and took over all non-investment grade strategies.
Augustin holds a Master of Science in Management from ESSEC.

Chantale Pelletier is Global Head of Infrastructure at Schroders Capital, where she focuses on enlarging the scale of Schroders' infrastructure platform globally across a range of sectors, such as renewables, energy, transport, digital infrastructure, and utilities.
Prior to joining Schroders, Chantale was Head of European Infrastructure at global institutional investor Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ), one of the world's largest infrastructure investors and the second largest institutional investor in Canada. Chantale spent more than 20 years in senior global roles at CDPQ, where she has been actively involved in building and managing its infrastructure investment portfolio globally.
She holds CFA Level 3, Finance, a BA from HEC Montréal and has held Board positions at Keolis, Fluxys SA, Eurostar, London Array and Budapest Airport.

Damien Gardes began his career at AXA's Investment Department in 2009, in the Asset Allocation department, before joining the Infrastructure Finance team in 2012. Within AXA, he participated in the development of the infrastructure portfolio both through project selection and analysis but also by being involved in regulatory developments for institutional investors (Solvency II).
He joined Schroder Aida in 2015 as part of the creation of the Infrastructure platform. Within Schroders, Damien has again actively contributed to the deployment of investments through the negotiation and execution of numerous transactions and has worked on all equity transactions currently in the portfolio.
Damien graduated from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Nancy (Ingénieur Civil des Mines, 2009).

David Seex is Head of Private Asset Solutions and Co-Head of Private Asset Sales, at Schroders Capital. In these roles he has responsibility for leading the design and implementation of multi-private asset class investments for the firms' clients, and for global private asset fund raising. He joined Schroders Group in 2012.

Emmanuel Faucquez started his career in financial markets at Société Générale in Paris and New York as a junior trader on the repo desk and in emerging markets (1995-1997).
He joined Dexia in 1998. He spent 15 years (1998-2014) at Dexia in various positions in the infrastructure project finance department. He was involved in acquisition, corporate and bond financings and as co-head of transportation finance he led a large number of advisory mandates for international sponsors and achieved financial close as Mandated Lead Arranger on very visible transactions.
Emmanuel joined Schroder Aida in 2015 and is the lead Portfolio Manager responsible for execution of Senior debt investments.

Frédéric Brindeau joined the Schroder Aida team in December 2019 as Head of Asset Management and ESG
Frédéric started his career in 1997 in structured finance within the Caisse d'Epargne Group. He moved to CACIB in 2001 to focus on aircraft and then rail finance. Frédéric joined Dexia project finance team in 2007 where he was in particular in charge of arranging major offshore wind park financings (C-Power, Borkum, Global Tech I). At this time, Frédéric accumulated more than 10 billion Euros of financing (including 9 deal of the year awards).

Gonzague previously worked for more than 20 years at BNP Paribas where he held various positions in sales agencies and control functions within the Group (General Inspection, Risk and Compliance Group functions) and at operational entity level as Head of Compliance & Risk Management in a dealing desk or in investment management companies with a large scope of expertise: money market, fixed income, equities, multi manager, index & ETF, structured, guaranteed and alternative funds.
Having joined the buy side world in 2008 as compliance & risk manager, he has developed over the past years a compliance advisory practice to support business development and regulatory projects, including AIFM, MIFID2, Benchmark, Money Market, robo advisor, etc.

Maria Teresa brings a wealth of experience from having led BlueOrchard's impact team since 2018 and having been part of the BlueOrchard management team since 2008.
