With over 35 years' experience in the electronic security industry, Dave is responsible for managing all technical, quality and compliance matters within the Association.
He represents BSIA members on UK, European & International standards committees and monitors UK and European regulation impacting BSIA members.
David is responsible for our wholly owned subsidiary, Skills for Security, the largest UK provider of apprenticeships in fire and security. Based in Warrington in our training centre, David and his team also work in developing partnerships with major colleges in a drive to increase the number of installers in our industry.

Dean is responsible for the finance of the Association and our wholly owned subsidiary, Skills for Security.
This includes management accounts, departmental reports, working with the auditors and any regulatory items for VAT, and Tax.

As Membership Development Manager, Graham is responsible for growing overall membership and providing support to the Association's existing members. Graham is the first point of contact for membership enquiries and ongoing relationships with existing members.
Graham's background at the beginning of his career was in electronics and then progressed onto data compliance dealing with all matters to do with UK GDPR, DPA, subject access requests, policy development and implementation. He also has project management experience in deploying IT-related systems and support.

With a background in events at the Chamber of Commerce, Hayley looks after all our digital comms, marketing and events including IFSEC International and the British Security Awards, she will also assist in the development of more video content, regional events and the further development of new comms products and services that will assist us in our retention and recruitment of members, helping raise the profile of the Association.

James has 20 years of commercial experience in the fire and security industry, specialising in leading sales and marketing roles.
His prime responsibility is driving membership retention and accelerating membership growth, working closely with the Marketing/Communications and Membership teams.

John has over 25 years of experience in the industry previously with security system integrators Pointer Ltd and CSS.
He is responsible for Security Officer Services, Vacant Property Protection and the Export Council. He is the liaison between various government agencies and also works with key partners in security within the export arena.

Kirstie provides support to the Technical Services team, coordinating the technical work load, acting as proof reader for all technical documentation, managing the technical database and acting as focal point for all technical enquiries. Kirstie also manages our quality management system and carries out internal quality audits.
Lauren has experience working in Cyber, specialising in cyber security having previously worked for Blackberry UK's Cyber Security business unit. Lauren will work alongside Graham Dean to recruit new members, whilst regularly speaking with existing members to support engagement and retention.
Louis has a background in technical affairs for the Department for Transport and the Civil Aviation Authority in security and operations roles developing policy and in the space and aviation security sectors.

Mandy has over 30 years of key administrative experience, from credit control and business support to office management, having worked for an array of private sector companies, including the telecoms, oil supply, fleet services and fire systems
Mike has worked in the security industry for over 25 years, beginning his career in electronic engineering before moving into sales and marketing, rising into senior roles for a variety of organisations.
Mike was appointed as Chief Executive of the Association in 2019.
Peter is responsible for supporting member companies at technical, regional and section meetings, as well as developing and vetting security industry guides, codes of practice and standards. He also represents the BSIA on selected technical working groups both in and outside the UK.

Rosemary is responsible for maintenance of the members' database and membership list, and administration of section activities (including meetings, committee elections etc.) in accordance with the bye-laws.
Simon is Managing Director of CSL Group, a global provider of connectivity solutions. As Chair of the BSIA, Simon aims to provide strategic leadership, working in line with the advancing technology and changing attitudes in security to build the membership and bring about a deeper talent pool for the industry.

Sir Keith was appointed President of the BSIA in 2009 following an extensive police career. A keen supporter of the work of the private security industry and the BSIA, Sir Keith's experience gives him a valuable insight into the role the private security industry can play in supporting the police and other agencies.
Steve is responsible for coordinating the BSIA groups that develop codes of practice and guidelines and provides input to national and international standards committees. He also manages activities related to environmental compliance and regularly attends BSIA meetings and speaking at industry events during the year.
