Mental Health Agency of Southeast Iowa (MHASEI) is a Mental Health & Disability Services (MHDS) Region comprised of thirteen counties. Each county has a local access office where people may apply for service funding, receive referrals and get questions answered. The local Coordinator of Disability Services (CDS) or other staff is available to assist applicants... MHASEI provides residents of South Central Iowa with the resources needed to help manage mental health disabilities and intellectual/developmental disabilities. Help is nearby and available when you need it with multiple points of access to care that supports mental health and disability needs, including multi-occurring substance use, brain injury or other complex service needs...
