A little about how Saw Chocolate came to be. The story began after studying patisserie at Le Cordon Bleu London, a wonderful introduction to everything sweet and how to do it well. From the whole host of choices it was chocolate that stole my heart. I love that you can get so much flavour into such a small thing and then hand decorate and wrap it, there's a beginning to end process in this that I really enjoy...
I spent many hours at home researching, brainstorming and working on ideas and perfecting my recipes. I hadn't quite decided on how I was going to sell it but that didn't seem like the important thing, but maybe that's just the maker in me.
