Service Skills Centre (R&R Associates) has been a government funded registered training provider for over 30 years in Rotorua... Our focus in now on Youth and achievement of NCEA L1 & 2, this is provided FREE through Youth Guarantee Programs for 16-24 year olds (15 year olds with an exemption). Using units standards in Hair, Beauty and Retail to make up the NCEA, our salons provide contexts that develop skills for working in any service industry. Students can also achieve New Zealand Certificate in Foundation Skills Level 1, New Zealand Certificate in Retail Level 2, and New Zealand Certificate in Salon Skills Level 2...
